I recommend buying their replica soccer jerseys; they have AAA quality shirts (modern and retro). They also have an extensive shirt collection for baseball, basketball, rugby, etc. and best of all they can even print your name on the jersey. They prices are unbeatable; for instance some soccer websites selling AAA replicas charge double or more than DHgate. The shipping cost is usually very low or even free, but you would have to wait 1 month for it.

Never use dhgate absolute scam Orders *******9380 and order *******1385 from a company kenh06 scam is they indicate it is sent by Yanwen tracking no supplied but the tracking detailed are false. I have had packages used by this company so know a property tracking steps. Do not use dhgate go to a company like Ebay which you can see clearly company history. Dhgate hold your money for a couple of months then refund you, they encourage crap companies it's in their interest

I purchased a G5 massage tool for my massage practice. I used it 2 times before it started malfunctioning. I contacted DHgate who put me in touch with he seller, who gave me a work around where I had to open the product and adjust the circuit board. That worked for a short time and then messed up again. I did this 3 or 4 times. Then I contacted the seller back and they sent me a new circuit board, on which the connectors didn't match. Their communication through all of this was very slow. Now they won't even respond. I have contacted DHgate many times through out this process and all they tell me is that my order is closed so its out of their hands, but they will contact the seller. Which has done nothing. It was a waste of money and a huge pain. I will never use DHgate again and will tell all of my fellow massage therapists and students the same. This has been an unprofessional experience. There is a lack of integrity and this feels like a huge scam.

Not only were the clothes so tiny that I couldn't even fit them on my body even as an attempt, but the quality was seriously a 1 out of 10. Everything was made cheaply and the website will not let me refund. The website is designed to refund but they make it so you cannot click the finishing process to refund. Do not waste your patience and money with these people.

It has now been six weeks since I tried to return a dress I ordered which arrived two sizes too small. After three weeks of dispute negation finally agreed it was wrong size and would refund. They asked me to post the dress back which cost me £16 which they agreed to pay. I provided tracker details and its now been two days and silence. Sooooo frustrating, I wish I never came across this site. Keep away the reviews cannot be real.

Promote space seller is a scam. I ordered a dress instead I received an used hair pin. Horrible experience. Do not buy from Promote Space seller or dh gate in general. Amazon has better customer service.

I placed an order then received notice that ship date was later and would be delayed due to a Chinese holiday. I immediately contacted them to cancel. Their "guarantee" says they do not pay seller until item is relieved. This is false. They would not give me a refund, so I am out the item and cash in time for my event. They said the seller had to approve, but the seller declined. Now my only option is to dispute it. What a huge hassle and I'm guessing it will not happen any time soon. Their garuantee is a scam. It's a false promise.

Luckily my purchase was small, some silver plated beads for jewelry. I thought the company was in the UK, which is what the site implied. The beads came, the complete wrong size. You cannot just contact company and get a refund--or the right product--you have to contact seller, open a case, etc. It is like Ebay, but much, much harder to figure out. The seller wanted photos, customer service was online chat that seemed to take forever. It is a MESS to use, and it is simply not worth it. I strongly advise NOT using this company.
ADDENDUM a week or two later: They did credit the amount of original purchase to my credit card, so are trying to be honorable, perhaps. But it was still a waste of time to try to shop here, and I still do not have the item I originally sought. Stick with companies you know and more or less trust.

I have purchase three (3) items from your company.
The first dress with jacket was ordered as silver/grey & arrived as blue with the jacket stitched through, puckered & in fact slightly damaged. Also with a liquid stain on the skirt.
The second a pant suit was ordered in champagne & arrived as lemon in colour with the lining of the pants half way up the thigh.
The third order of dress & jacket arrived as brown with black flowers embroidered.
All three will be returned to your company as soon as I have a clear address.
The amounts paid will be disputed & reversed by my bank.

If you product doesn't arrive you don't get a refund I ordered a bunch of things with no problem but one item never came. According to their tracking it was delivered but no photo. Bottom line, it never came to my home and I still had to pay. A lot of money for no product. Do not buy from DHGate

DHgate provides good products at good prices, apparently all from China. DHgate apparently does not release the money to their vendors until you have received the items, so it seems pretty safe. The one issue I have with the site is they send multiple email ads daily after you have signed up and purchased from the DHgate site.

I find dh gate easy to use.
I think to make it better m, customers should be able to review products they've purchased and post photos so other customers can see the products.
Also when looking at sellers it would be good to see categories of their products so you have s choice to see what they sell.

After a month and several emails to the seller I still don't have any information for my parcel. Only 1 tracking number was provided which is invalid.
I visited a DHL office and mentioned the seller provided wrong information as they dont have any shipments coming my way nor under my name.

Dont ever purchase anything from DHgate.

Dhgate is a lot like ebay, except counterfeits and scams are the name of the game. I have bought counterfeit merchandise off of DHGate several times, and the people who run the site are in on it... in the sense that they're happy to collect their share of the money and also happy to do nothing about the customers being ripped off. I tried to go through the channels of filing a claim with dhgate about the last purchase I made (counterfeit gold plated necklace, the counterfeiters are too cheap to even use gold plating!). DHgates response was a politically correct "we don't care". If you receive bad merchandise on ebay and follow up with the appropriate channels, you will have a resolution - as I have had. I would advise everyone who wants a good deal to look for DHgates competitors. Peace.

I have ordered from DHGate in the past with no problems. However a watch was ordered and the seller was taking a long time to ship. Finally he responded to unanswered email and said he had to find another way to ship because the watch had a battery... and because I was patient he would send a free watch in addition... so far not believable. I get this envelope the other day with a broken plastic toy in it. Seller will not answer mail now and DHGate says yes the package was shipped and received. I was able to file a dispute with my credit card. My advice is be very careful with this Chinese company and insist on tracking numbers.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter on December 8,2016 through DHgate for Christmas. They estimated time for delivery was 6-21 days. I knew that it might be a little late. It is now January 14 and there has been no information posted since December 11. I have left many messages for DHgate, for the seller and tried to for the shipper, but it was all in Chinese with no way to translate to English. I got one response from the seller to be patient with no actual information. I have asked DHgate for assistance and they keep telling me to contact the seller and shipper. I have gone round and round. They have my money and no shoes. I will never use this site again and warn anyone else not to use it.

Scam! When you don't recieve item 3 months after ordering they want you to go to post office and speak with customs. If you don't get a letter from customs they won't allow case to be refunded. Lost $130. Another item I accidently ordered 2. I canceled immediately yet never received refund. Dh gate ask you to wait 15 days for refund. They don't send refund and require you to go to your bank and furnish a letter in order to proceed. It's just a run-around game so they end up keeping money.
