This has to be the most disreputable company there is. In the event of a disagreement they just back off and tell you that you and the seller must come to an agreement. Problem is, the sellers never reply that just rip you off. As you can see from the posts this isn't an isolated incident.
No one needs this type of aggravation. Shop anywhere else

There is serious false advertisement with their listings. Customer service gives you the run around when you want to receive a refund. They had me take photos, videos and send emails. They do this because they want you to miss the refund time frame. You are left with an unwanted purchase and they can care less because they are based in China.

I have been using DHgate for several months now. All my experiences have been first class. The sellers are trustworthy and very quick to right any wrongs. Free shipping by DHL make for super fast deliveries. I am happy to recommend DHGATE to anyone.

Some suppliers have poor communication skills, they don't respond to queries regarding the product they sell. And also they advertise products that are out of stock. I long ordered a t shirt on the 31st Jan 18 up until now it has not been shipped, the supplier told me its out of stock and will be shipped late, I then followed up with the supplier hes not responding.

For me HDgate become a solution of a problem that I had for while!
Name of the problem is: Skrill. Not many e-shops want to receive payment from this e-wallet service, but HDgate does! So I can buy stuff using Skrill or any other payment method. Thanks HDgate!

Hello. I made several orders on DHgate. Everything worked perfectly. The site offers me protection to shipment from the shipper.
Tip: to offer more discount coupons depending on a user's previous orders.

Purchased two jackets that came in the wrong size. It is impossible to resolve the problem with both the seller and DHgate. Round and round in circles. They have set up their site so that filing a complaint is impossible. Buyer Beware! Not worth the aggravation. Buy local

I had a very good experience using the dhgate website, the seller sent me another order since mine was misplaced by the post office.
The order arrived in perfect condition and did not take so long, the other order unfortunately was lost along the way, but the vendodor kept his word and sent another one the instant I informed him what had happened.
The site is very good in terms of guarantee and protection to the client, always solve my problems and take my doubts, I am very grateful the support team.

Ordered a self balancing electric scooter 9 days ago the shipment company was DHL the tracking number was still providing "shipment information received" I called DH UK to get some further informations they said the parcel was not even received... so i decided to open a dispute and 4 days later the seller accept to fully refund me and guess what? The payment return will take like 10-15 days in order to be proceeded!

Contacted the customer service chat to ask them to refund me through DHpay account as it takes only 1-2 days to get my payment return and obviously it's not possible as i made the paid with my credit card...

I experience was pretty good with DHGate. However when I made the purchase, my bank card kept flagging the payment and would not process. When I called the bank they said because it was international it was marked as a scam or fraud. So I had to have them manually override the payment to approve it. Other than that I don't have any complaints.

Shipping took a LONG TIME - item arrived, but too late for the party - had to scramble around looking for substitutes the couple days before. When Item didn't arrive in the specified shipping time, tried to have order cancelled, but seller refused my request to cancel the order and get a refund. So now I have 20 pairs of fairy wings, wands and crowns in my closet.
Also, there is no was to contact the seller except through DH Gate - as their site is in Chinese and the phone number is an overseas number. Tracking on package was useless- could never tell where it was in the shipping process.

I purchased a couple items from DHgate for me personally the prices were great and the delivery time was very good. I had an excellent shopping experience with DHgate and I have actually bought some other items since my last purchase. I have recommended this to my friends.

I have been a loyal customer of dhgate now for a year I admit that not every thing I have ordered ive been 100% happy about but an easy 85% every thing has turned up in 1 to 3 weeks i believe that some of these negative comments are made by people that have no patience and write a review just because it's been 2 weeks and there angry before the item turns up. This site is for people that can't afford the rich luxurys of life but want the replica to make them feel good. Just look at what you want to buy study it there's lots out there and message the seller any questions you have they will reply and give you honesty. I like this site and will continue to use it and trust in it. I see it as a way of giving back to the country the western life used to make there products at cheap prices them sell them for top prices. This country deserves the credit for making 90% of luxury items in the first place

We had ordered 5 pendant lights about a year ago that we love! One of them broke so i went on the website to order another to replace it, the light came and is similar... but not the same as the others we had gotten. Its probably only something that we notice and not everyone else so we will not order another trying to match the previous 5, but we would order, in general, from DHgate again

I read all these bad reviews and get kinda mad. I have bought about 60 item from this site from Golf clubs to Sunglasses to Tennis Shoes and have had Nothing but great service. If you are looking for Name Brand stuff that is a little off but some times 70% cheaper than here in the US you found the right place. But remember that it is a total shot at some of the stuff. (trial & Error) I do Not buy Clothing on here because of the sizes issues but I had to learn that. I have saved tons of money on this site. I love DHGATE

I have been doing business with DHGate for many years and they have never let me down. Their products are top notch and they have always delivered on time. I cannot say for sure as to why everyone is complaining, but I do know from my own personal experiences that this company provides the best products and the greatest prices. Stop your complaining and be grateful that there is a company like DHGate that can get you these products WAY cheaper than what you would be paying in a retail store. Thank you DHGate for your business and I look forward to doing more business with you.

This experience has been poor.

I waited five weeks without receiving anything even though the tracking information showed that my parcel was in my country (Italy). However I had no contact regarding delivery. Once I worked out how to contact the seller I was informed that the parcel was returned to them. I requested it to be resent with extra information to insure that my address could not be missed but the seller said I would have to pay the resend costs.

Two points of complaint

The dhgate functioning is not well explained so I wasted time before I understood who to contact about my issue and how.

The seller gave poor service with no effort to satisfy my needs.

I am seeking a refund and hope this happens easily or I will be put off from trusting the dhgate service.

Unable to return, trick you by giving you limited of 7 days but impossible to reach them. I sent many messages and they finally responded to be on vacation. I left various voicemails and no return no answers. You will waste your money because dresses do not fit and sizes are at least 2-3 sizes smaller than you US. Pictures on website are very deceiving.

The product I ordered was imitation. I have been trying to get a refund for almost 3 months now and am still waiting. I will never order from DHgate again. The Customer Service Center tells you they will help you and that your money is safe but all they do is refer you to the seller. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I should have known that the price was too good to be true when I made the purchase... I sure learned a lesson."

I recently became aware of the DHgate website and all that it has to offer. I was only looking for one specific item when I first visited, but I discovered that there was so much more that they had to offer. Not only did I get the item I was looking for at an incredibly low price, I was found other items that I wanted as well, also at unbelievably low prices! I have already recommended DHgate to my family and friends. If there's something you're looking to purchase, look first at DHgate... you won't be disappointed!

Never purchase from this company. I order eyebrow powder and placed an order for $528 and they never sent the product. I have been chatting with them online and never got concrete answer. They just said dispute it. I did several times. The worst thing they did was they send me fake tracking number. I inquired the tracking number and even called DHL people. They said someone else has name under this tracking number. Chinese government has to crack down this company. They just eat my $528. Please don't get ripped up..

I ordered a wedding dress from them. Did not fit properly they said send it back and promised to remake it.
After more than 6months they still kept saying it had not arrived.
I even went through dispute sending proof that i had returned the dress, but still they claimed it did not arrive They stopped communicating with me. The dispute center just gave me the run around i spent months trying to get some resolve. In the end i gave up and was out $293 and no wedding dress. The won! They are very dishonest DONT TRUST THEM

I am very satisfied customer with DHgate. They are adding new attractive features time to time into their website and mobile app. They are giving free coupans, discount sales etc frequently. And also good shipping times, what you see and read is what you get. Always good prices dhgate ships to more countries than other online market.
