I recommend buying their replica soccer jerseys; they have AAA quality shirts (modern and retro). They also have an extensive shirt collection for baseball, basketball, rugby, etc. and best of all they can even print your name on the jersey. They prices are unbeatable; for instance some soccer websites selling AAA replicas charge double or more than DHgate. The shipping cost is usually very low or even free, but you would have to wait 1 month for it.

Never use dhgate absolute scam Orders *******9380 and order *******1385 from a company kenh06 scam is they indicate it is sent by Yanwen tracking no supplied but the tracking detailed are false. I have had packages used by this company so know a property tracking steps. Do not use dhgate go to a company like Ebay which you can see clearly company history. Dhgate hold your money for a couple of months then refund you, they encourage crap companies it's in their interest

Anyone who wants to order from this site, don't do it. Its a scam. They robbed me of my money. I bought merchandise from them since june of 2021 and its almost 2 months and i haven't yet to receive ANYTHING. The tracking numbers are wrong and provide the wrong information, and the suppliers do not explain in efficiency how long the package will take. They are thieves and they have yet to give me my money back. This was a VERY bad experienced that ruined my whole wedding. I was been promised my things would come WAY earlier.

DON'T RISK IT.

I ordered a gallon through DHgate and got a confirmation number for my order after it was placed. I never received my order. Getting in touch with them was impossible and very stressful. I have never had an experience like this online with any purchase. I think this site should be investigated and at the very least people should be aware they will not get their merchandise.

They refuse to ship unless you pay more, claiming an error in price. I have placed 9 orders in the last 5 weeks. 4 of these sellers asked for more money after I paid and refused to ship. Dhgate does nothing for you. I eventually got a refund on 3, still waiting for 4. The fact remains. These people get you in with the prices and then tell you it was incorrect and want more money or they won't ship. FRAUD!

DO NOT SHOP HERE. It really doesn't get any worse than this place. Ordered 10 spot lights for my store, received a fake tracking number, when i complained the seller sent me an empty envelope. 3 months later still no refund €200 down the drain. Contacted DHgate so many times and just been giving the Run around. If you want to get back at this company google "dhgate" and click on there yellow Add as they get charged every time you click on it.

DHgate.com allows counterfeit merchandise. They try to talk you in to a partial refund or tell you to return knowing that it is a federal crime to return ship counterfeits. That is all you need to know.

NEVER TRUST DHgate.

There is no possibility of returning a product that does not meet your needs. I was sent the wrong size but they would not agree to me returning the shoes for a full refund. I provided all sorts of proof and was sent less than 20% of what I paid. Then silence. Not helpful. Avoid this company!

I ordered a bag from Yanliao, order no is *******595. I did not receive it after the estimated date. After numerous reminders to seller, i was given an update that goods was delivered. The update is from a tracking platform and i investigated it further. Apparently anyone can update the details and it can be faked. Forwarding company details was never shared and the seller failed to share any evidence of sign off. Australia Post also confirmed there is no such tracking number and parcel.

Tip for consumers:
I was cheated. SELLER just created a fake tracking number. It may belong to another item or it may be fake

I paid more than $130 but i did not receive my item

I order from different companies in china and get products in 3 or 4 weeks.I tracked one item and saw it takes 18 days by ship to cross the Pacific to Canada. Dhgate took almost a week before even sending to a shipping center then 2 weeks to ship it to the United Arab Emirates. Why they shipped it west to there I dont know. It has been a month now and it says it is still in transit to Canada. First order from them in a year and the last.

Do not buy from this website they're crooks.
I've bought from them several times and every time I have an issue with the defective item or not as described they expect me to pay to ship the item back and it cost hundreds of dollars to do that. Please do not shop at DH gate they are bunch of crooks and they will not back there what they say the back.
Bunch of shady bastards. They do not care about the buyer they only care about the seller and their Chinese shady companies that sell on their website. Do not buy from DH gate it is a rip off big time rip off. Bought 1000$ worth of bunk cartridges and they expect me to pay $200 to ship it back to them before I can even get a refund!
They are the Worst! Try Alibaba and PayPal you have more protection that way!

Don't buy from DH gate because you're $#*!ed if they send you garbage they will make you pay to send it back to them in order to get your money back it's a big joke. Very insecure website you're basically gambling with your money.

Ordered shoes for my son that are not a true size 11. Contacted seller about sending them back and I would pay the shipping charges. Seller denied the claim. I escalated to dhgate and got the run around. Avoid this site they will not accept returns. Pictured is a black shoe I got a foot locker size 11 compared to theirs.

I ordered 2 items which DHgate accepted payment for. They allegedly shipped 1 item with value less than half total. My tracking number was no good. All they could say was we shipped your order. After reading reviews here seem like nothing but a scam. I'd advise people never to do business with this company. I see I can't give a zero rating!

Quick story:

1.) Purchased bridesmaid dress for $90.00.
2.) Came cheaply made and smaller than ordered
3.) Returned Item back to shipper (China)
4.) NEVER received refund
5.) Customer Service is only online... Spoke with 8 different people who all gave me the run around.
6.) One year later... STILL NO REFUND

Be aware that DHgate sells a lot of fakes. Last months, I have purchased lots of Js from their website and they were really terrible. One of the shoes had poor padding quality as it constantly rubbed my ankle and plastic was on midsole was cheaply made and easily peeled off. Currently, I am disputing with one of the sellers regarding to a fake AJ11 he sent me. The shoes had distorted patent leather as it didn't lined up at center line and didn't have any carbon fibers. When I asked the seller for refund, he refused to answer. I opened a dispute with DHgate and demanded return shipping address, but DHgate is dragging the process so long and keep sending me message that they are waiting for a sellers response. It has been 3 weeks and I didn't hear anything yet. Why don't they just give the customer refund if seller is uncooperative? If you want to buy real shoes, go to Ebay or go to Nike Outlet stores. They always guarantee hassle free experience than those dishonest Chinese commies.

I ordered 2 shirts 3 weeks ago, which said it would only take 2-3 days to ship. I've left several messages. They keep telling me the post office is closed for some dumb $#*! holiday. However I got another message saying I won't get it until Dec. IM PISSED!

Ordered two items. Received neither. Got a refund for one, but not for the other. Impossible to deal with this company. I've spent hours on their online chat trying to get my money refunded. Finally gave up. Positive reviews are highly suspect.

I purchased 2 phones which were allegedly dispatched via Royal Mail Track 48. The tracking message was all wrong and never updated. I will now open a dispute using my credit card company as this site seem useless after reading the reviews. Frustrated with them.
