I'm down 600.00 dollars because of DHGATE and their unwillingness to help me get a refund for a chandelier I ordered, and won't work for me because of the voltage difference. I asked them to help me out with a refund and repeatedly showed them proof of bank transactions and they were quick to shut me down. It's like they favor the seller over the consumer. Purchased some mechanix gloves on DHGATE. Took over 2 weeks to get. Upon receiving noticed they were fake. Requested refund. But seller declined and said partial refund instead. Bought over 150x pairs thinking they were real. Filed dispute with DHGATE now. They said same thing and couldn't offer any assist as well. Overall should've stayed away from DHGATE. Nothing on there is to be considered authentic and only Chinese knockoffs. Buy at your own risk.

I ordered sublimation tumblers from 2 different vendors. Both said they were shipping from a USA local warehouse and I would have my order with in 10 days from placing the order. ( 1 order took 5 weeks and the 2nd took 2.5 months) The first order came and were missing the rubber bottoms as described. That vendor fixed it by refunding what the rubber bottoms cost. The second was by a vendor 'bestdeals" I ordered 60 UV color changing tumblers, "10 of each color like pictured" I received 17 pink, 25 purple, 17 coral and 1 light blue. I was told my order was taking so long "because the local warehouse didn't have all the colors". SO I waited the 2.5 months when I contacted "bestdeals" to let them know about my order being wrong, they told me they would give me a partial reimbursement and send me the correct cups. I waited and waited for a new cups to be sent out or refund for the 30 cups I ordered and didn't get. "bestdeals" told me I had to pay shipping to send the cups back to China. I left a review giving them a 1 star, they then contacted me immediately to tell me if I took my review down I would get immediate refund. I took my review down and surprise surprise they stopped returning my messages and closed out my dispute. So now I am stuck with 30 cups that I didn't want, and still needing to order the 30 cups in the color I NEED and ordered in the first place.

DHgate has good products and i like their platform but i ordererd and seller asked me to cancel order. I did and the seller immidiately agreed to refund. I waited for refund as promised within 15 working days but nothing. I started contacting Dhgate and they were giving me different stories. An agent said the seller has no fund with them that i should contact him, meanwhile i know Dhgate will not release fund to seller until good is delivered, but in this case, order was cancelled before seller package or shipped. I cancelled order about two days after payment. Another agent said they are having issue with the Bank while about 3 other online agents and FB said i should wait for 2 business day each time i contact them. Its now 28days and its looking like scam from DHgate itself. Why would a global platform take that long to make a refund? Is that good for people's hard earned money?

I purchased shoes from seller cmc001 and despite their rating, 95% of all sellers will steal your money, send wrong size shoes, will not refund your money and the tag size inside shoe will be what you ordered but insole size is much smaller.
