I have been buying full cycling kits from DH Gate for about 1/4 of the price they cost here in the United States. The kits are exactly same as far as the design and art is concerned. The only difference is that DH Gate uses lower quality materials, which is absolutely fine with me! My worst purchase experience ever.
I had bought here twice and loved the site so the 1st of December 2020 I placed an order for 131 EUR value. Things started in a bad way because the communication with seller was very poor so, as I felt unconfident i decided to cancel my order 5 days later. I have sent many emails to customer support with no answer (the chat is a joke... impossible to talk with a real person). The only way I could contact them was writing a bad review in a famous site. On December 29th they assured me i would have my refund in 8 days as late. I still have not received my money... I cannot understand how difficult can be to give me my money back.
Think twice before order, specially if the amount spent is high. The customer assistance is so so poor and probably loose your money. I will wait till the end of this week before going to Police to make a complaint and claim to Visa.

Worst experience I have ever had shopping online. I ordered Lenovo A789 Android 4.0, I never got the product after waiting for a very long time. I was stupid I paid by wire transfer, and more than likely i will not see the product at all. It has been 3 months already
So far my experience is not to great I am having trouble tracking my order and what i ordered needs to be at my home before August 10 as I am leaving for a visit in Canada with this package in mind. I hope you can assist.
I have often, by mistake confused my orders and confirmed I have received an order when orders were very similar. I would like it if you could keep records of my previous purchases for a a while as it sometime takes up to a month.And sometimes an earlier order will arrive later than a second order.
Tracking number of items ordered is very good also. But when I receive orders through DHL or UPS or other delivery services they have different numbers and I can cross reference numbers.
I noticed that after the order has been confirmed received, it is removed. I sometimes would like to go back and reorder same items but you no longer have record of transactions.

After posting here I was contacted by DHgate. After some messages for a few days I got my refund today. So there's hope if you have to get a refund. Not sure how you would vet people on here to know if they are full of it.
DHGate does not do anything when a 'seller' doesn't send you a product. The tracking numbers to other locations doesn't help either. Refund doesn't happen.
I have only received one purchase out of 7. For some reason the address was not recorded correctly but I still received the product. I hope there will be a greater variety of the products that I am interested in which is the 5 snap button bracelets.

I have placed 5 orders from them in the past 2 months. One I received but was completely wrong and the seller is fighting a refund and the other 4 have invalid tracking numbers and have still not been resolved even after reporting the problem weeks ago.

Why can I order some items straight online straight from the website and others you have to do side deal orders through some remittance or bank account?

Some sellers have been good but other times they are slow to respond and since they are in China, they have a hard time fixing problems, such as sending me the wrong color fabric and then never sending me the correct color even though they reassured me it was on its way for 3 months.
