I recommend buying their replica soccer jerseys; they have AAA quality shirts (modern and retro). They also have an extensive shirt collection for baseball, basketball, rugby, etc. and best of all they can even print your name on the jersey. They prices are unbeatable; for instance some soccer websites selling AAA replicas charge double or more than DHgate. The shipping cost is usually very low or even free, but you would have to wait 1 month for it.

Never use dhgate absolute scam Orders *******9380 and order *******1385 from a company kenh06 scam is they indicate it is sent by Yanwen tracking no supplied but the tracking detailed are false. I have had packages used by this company so know a property tracking steps. Do not use dhgate go to a company like Ebay which you can see clearly company history. Dhgate hold your money for a couple of months then refund you, they encourage crap companies it's in their interest

I have been using DHGATE to procure items, in quantity, for resale. Some shipments have been defect free while with others, I spent more time issuing refunds than selling. The allure of DH is that the prices are much lower than Alibaba or wholesale US factories. I have personally created a Blacklist of sellers that I will not order from due to the high number of defects in their product. I am willing to share this list to anyone interested. This list is based solely on my experience and nothing else.
I have read other DHGATE reviews where users claim they were scammed. This has not been my experience. The sellers are all willing to resolve the issues with me, the problem is that my company's reputation takes a hit by selling defective product. Reputation may be the most valuable asset a business has, all other things being equal. DHGATE has built in, automated policies which will resolve your problem. Simply follow the System Messages and do not be hot headed.

Tip for consumers:
Begin from the very start to track your sellers and the number of complaints you receive per shipment of product. When there is an unacceptable level of defect, Blacklist that seller and move on. Also, track the reliable sellers with good product and keep ordering from them.

I have bought my wedding dress for 180$ and I was crying when I saw it. Unfortunately not from happiness, it was so awful! They made it from old curtain. In the picture the dress looked completely different. I wanted to send it back the same day. Costumer service did not helped me at all. "You have to talk with the seller" It was their advice, even when I had written to them that we can't agree from a week. It passed 4 months. They did not inform me how they resolved the case, they do not answer to my emails. I just gave up. I lost this money.
I would not recommend this company to anyone! I feel fooled! Reading through reviews I realized that there are a lot of people in the same situation. Way I haven't read reviews before I made an order!

I ordered some optics from DHgate and 2 months later they still have never been received. I had a hard time figuring out how to contact them. Once I contacted DHgate they told me to message the sender directly and give them 7 days to respond. After that I can file a grievance and petition for a refund. I paid for the product in full. It was never mailed after 2 months and now maybe another month maybe I'll get A refund. I contacted the sender and still have not received a response. Poor service, too difficult to try to get a refund.

They sell cheap knockoff toys and market them with real photos and real name of the toy. Pay attention, what you get is an OMO doll, not an O. M. G. Doll. Very disappointing and and expensive scam. Last photo is how the toy is actually supposed to look like.

Don't buy anything there, you never know what you will get. False advertising at it's best!

I order a package of 4 items on March 28. They proceeded to bill me immediately. So I paid for said items, here we are mid June, and I have yet to receive the items. Each time I ask for a refund they say my case was sent to the "Higher Team" and they cannot help me. Each time I have asked about my items they send me on a goose chase and I end up without any answers. I would not shop here!

I ordered my wedding dress November 12,2015 and haven't received it yet. I emailed them, and was told it was lost with the courier, but they resent it so give them 7 days. It's been 13 days still no dress. My wedding is a couple of weeks away. It is now January 6th, 2016 and I'm disgusted.

Ive received my order broken and sent a photo to dhgate asking for a refund. The outside packaging was intact, so I suspect it was packed already broken. The photo was apparently insufficient evidence gor my claim (what else do you need!) and my claim was closed. Terrible customer service if I could I would rate zero.

I am super impressed with DHgate! Their website is easy to navigate and understand, they have just about everything you can think of from smartwatches to glass smoking pieces. The prices are very good, not so cheap that you think it will be an inferior product (like a cheap knock off), but well below the prices for the same item elsewhere. They also have harder to find items, without paying a premium for wanting a harder to find item. The most impressive bit for me is that they have live support 24 hours a day. I always end up with very late at night the only time during the day I have a moment to myself. I am so used to having to send an email and wait until at least the next day for a response. It was very nice to have a question and actually get to talk to an agent and get a resolution. I will definitely be ordering more item from this site in the future! I would highly recommend DHgate!

I purchased a pair of boots from DHgate. It arrived in the mail with sole loose. I contacted DHgate and have been getting the run-around. They want to settle for 50% to have the boots repaired & not shipped back, as the shipping is very expensive & it takes a long time to get a refund. They try every which way to discourage a return. As soon as I received the damaged boots I contacted Visa & filed a complaint. I am forwarding all the email correspondence to them. Wish I would have read all the bad reviews about the company before I purchased. Anything. They lead you to believe they are out of Britain. I would rate them a minus 5 stars if I could

I would never trust DH Gate or their sellers again. I expected mediocre cheap goods to be shipped from China, but didn; t anticipate getting completely scammed by both a seller AND DHgate.

I purchased lot of 12 mardi gras masks from a sellers who specifically listed them as metal. I received a torn package of broken and/or chipped, poorly painted, plastic masks. Sellers specifically lists on their page a promise of partial refund for damaged goods-I contacted them three times and received not one response.

I then contacted DH Gate who refused to respond.

I'm out $13.50-which isn't a lot but still, the experience was beyond negative and I learned that even DH Gate is not to be trusted.

Try AliExpress-better prices AND customer service.

It's a decent system, but you have to be careful. Item descriptions are often wrong or contradictory, and sometimes sellers will ask you for more money after you have placed an order. Ignore them if the order has shipped, cancel the order if it hasn't. You get what you pay for, and it's not always cheaper or better to buy here. That said, the counterfeit Arduinos work very well.

In spite of bad reviews I thought I would give DHGate a try. I ordered 4 items. Two items arrived and were as advertised, but there were either no instructions or that were in Chinese. One item never arrived. One item arrived, but was not what I ordered. When I tried to return it they instead gave me a partial refund, and part of the refund was in the form of a DHGate coupon. Also, they don't offer free shipping. If you opt for the cheapest shipping option it takes nearly a month. Needless to say, I will never order from DHGate again.

STAY AWAY from this company. I ordered 4 cute lights for my kitchen. The lights were shipped straight from China. The product was defective. Each of the four lights were crooked. They would not install level. I tried to communicate with the company. There is no 800 customer service number ( I should have checked first) and you must use their email or live chat system to communicate. Which the links do not work when trying to dispute. Finally some one called me directly from Chine who was extremely difficult to understand. Then they asked me to send pictures, which I did. Then they said I was lying and I really didn't like the lights. I did like the lights but they were poor quality and defective. They were extremely difficult to work with and would not refund me. Therefore I had to call the credit card company and am filing a complaint with the FTC or some governing body to report their fraud. Do NOT SHOP THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A FRAUD AND THIEF!

The item was sent in a very timely manner. All in all I am satisfied with my purchase. There were a lot of grey hairs in the bundles (more than I would have liked) but the quality is excellent. Very soft, easy to comb, goes back to curl pattern after wash, and very beautiful after I colored the hair. I love the hair and would order again.

I bought my daughter a prom dress. When the dress arrived, it was too too small on my daughter. When we notified the company we have not heard a response. In fact, we are still waiting for a response. My daughters prom is less then a week and we have to seek stores in our area now for a prom dress. This is so stressful. I do not understand how they can sell clothing that does not conform to our standards of clothing. Very Very disappointed!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Wrong item delivered. Case raised and agreed that wrong item shipped, then expected to pay a further £149.50 to return item before refund can be issued even though they agree seller to pay for return shipping?

Spend your hard earned cash somewhere safer.

I didn't like the shipping time at first, but as i became more experienced with the site i started ordering Locally and shipping time has been cut down drastically. Not sure about the other negative reviews, but from my experience it was great. I have purchased many things over the years from the store. As always, you have to make sure you read the items' descriptions well, because the store sells what several manufacturers produce. The don't have anything to do with the quality of the product since they don't make them.

Ordered from DHgate over a month ago and unable to cancel order or get a refund. They keep changing the shipping date and in the system you are unable to raise a dispute if shipping date is in the future. There is no support available from DHgate.

Tip for consumers:
The only tip I have for others is to tell them to NOT USE THE SITE.

Products used:
I purchased a black shower head over a month ago and Dhgate message indicates it has shipped however they keep pushing out the delivery date (more than 5 times). The reason they push out the date is a future date makes it impossible for you to request a refund. The system gives you an error indicating you can only apply for a refund after receiving the product (which may never come). I do not want other people to be taken advantage of and lose their hard earned money to this company.

It quite good to buy direct from China through DHgate though sometimes little bit confusing with the seller and the customer service.
I mean, if someone disputes items and report seller for gave false tracking number, you guys should try to track before make statement that the seller already give tracking number. We aren't blind that much so can't read that false tracking number.

Regarding your concern, we are not able to track your order beforehand because it is the seller who uploads the tracking number and they are required to for your order not to be canceled. And there is a timeframe for the tracking numbers to be updated online. You are also given a notification for this on where to track your order. You may communicate with the seller first if you have problems with the tracking so they can check this with the courier.

If the tracking number does not work and is already beyond the timeframe, that would be the time you can open a dispute to request for a refund or reshipment. And within this period, your payment is safe and is still handled by DHgate until this is resolved.
