They also have an extensive shirt collection for baseball, basketball, rugby, etc. and best of all they can even print your name on the jersey. They prices are unbeatable; for instance some soccer websites selling AAA replicas charge double or more than DHgate. The shipping cost is usually very low or even free, but you would have to wait 1 month for it.
Never use dhgate absolute scam Orders *******9380 and order *******1385 from a company kenh06 scam is they indicate it is sent by Yanwen tracking no supplied but the tracking detailed are false. I have had packages used by this company so know a property tracking steps. Do not use dhgate go to a company like Ebay which you can see clearly company history. Dhgate hold your money for a couple of months then refund you, they encourage crap companies it's in their interest
Ordered 2 dresses for approx$75 each. Neither was as expected (poor quality) and one of them was completely see through and seams on both sleeves were torn. I had a problem uploading my evidence photos so was instructed to send them directly to the dh gate customer service email address which I did 3 times. No acknowledgement for a week. They are horrible and these dresses might be worth $25/each MAYBE. First and last time ordering from them.
Order took a full 30 days to arrive. "Crystal" beads we ordered were actually poorly made plastic beads. Customer service dispute resolution went no where - a few stilted english responses then nothing till time ran out on their resolution clock.
Most of the bad reviews are because people don't know it usually takes around 2 weeks for anything being shipped from china to arrive. Totally worth waiting for the great deal i got, will buy more off of DHgate soon!

They charge your credit card then hide behind the seller. 7 weeks after charging my card my order FINALLY arrived... nothing like the picture... poor quality, completely unsatisfied real customer. If this piece of crap outfit I purchased had come in a timely manner, I still would have purchased something else!

I've been using DHGate for a few years now. Their prices compare well to other Chinese shopping sites. Wide range of products, and delivery options are great (most sellers offer free tracked shipping). No issues with quality or service. DHgate is now one of my first options when online shopping.
DHGate is a great website for business owners to get products for wholesale. I have never had any major issues with this company. They provide excellent customer service and give out awesome coupons. It is worth it every visit.
Amazing product, shipping took a little bit too long because of the national holiday in China, but quality was really good, and it was totally worth it to wait an extra time. The only negative thing I would point out, the sneakers smelled like glue first two days, but then everything was just perfect. I'm very satisfied.

Ordered a formal dress. When it arrived the back was a tie back and not zipper (did not look right with the sequin style dress) Seller refused to refund- could not understand why we didn't like the change in the dress. DHGate will not respond although they claim to have superior return policy and will help buyers

I understand these are "separate" manufacturers, however this site claims to support you should there be an issue. It has been a month since I started the dispute, with nothing from this site! I have recently bought 2 vintage hockey jerseys through dhgate and am thrilled with my purchase, these are great quality sweaters at quarter of the price in canada! I will be ordering more in the near future. No more ebay or amazon for me.
If I could give it less stars I would. The site offers to mediate with sellers but they have every reason under the sun not to. The seller will tell you in 30 days but DHgate will tell you they can't help mediate until after 60 days so good luck having it for Christmas. Out of 20 items ordered 6 have come damaged or have been poor fakes of the real things. It is like a yard sale of damaged goods that they are foisting off on unsuspecting Canadians and Americans. I would stay far away because sending anything back will cost your dearly and their sizing is way out of wack with North American sizing. It is a shame, it could be done well but they are just taking the money and running.

It is not easy shopping on the other side of the globe. Unless you use DHgate. Payments are more secure than PayPal, customer service is light years beyond Amazon.

I bought a jacket from DHGate recently. From date of purchase it took over 2 months for me to receive it. Though its a great quality item, the shipping times are rather extended and should definitely be reduced.
I got the product as promised in 5 days - Bought 2 tablets and they were really inexpensive for a reason. Piece of junk - Now I hope I can get my $300+ dollars back from them. Do Not Waste your time, If you do use a credit card and you will have a leg to stand on - Maybe? Rick
DHgate no longer talking to me with cc company getting involved. Also, you will notice they did not make any comment on my last review. Not so helpful now which should tell you something. They should do the right thing and give me my refund!
So here it is several months later and I have to say we won! We waited them out and received a refund from CitiBank.
Don't give up do not let the bastards win! And very important and why we won is at our Post Office every piece of mail gets photographed If you have an issue contact your local Postal Authority.
Well we filed the mediation waited the 7 days as required by DHgate and still get nowhere. We also filed right away from the beginning a dispute with the credit card company. The good news is that our overwhelming evidence especially the letter from the Post Master from our town where an actual photo of the envelope that was delivered was obtained was enough for our credit card company to step in. Now they will fight it out with DHgate. After this experience I would never order from this company again. There are other sources out there with good reputations for getting goods from China. DHgate needs to do the right thing and refund the money their seller is a crook who knew exactly what he was doing.
Well after day 5 I now have gone to mediation. Sent my evidence in. Oh by the way you can contact your local post office to get a picture of a package from China with the tracking info if it will help your case. I needed proof that seller sent envelope not box and the label he sent was a forgery. When I hit mediation button you have to pick reason for dispute but none of the choices fit my claim which makes me nervous. I had to pick item as not described but no choice for quantity missing so customer service tells me to pick damaged item. But first they played dumb asking what my choices are? Customer Service should know that already? I am truly hoping that I will receive a refund in this matter so I can go back and correct all my reviews to read totally satisfied.
I wish I had great news to add to this review but here is the current situation: After DH Gate refusing to cancel my order and allowing the seller to ship the order DH supplied me with the tracking number you can see in their reply. Well the package did show up today and I was extremely surprised the seller sent 1 piece not 250 as ordered. I have filed a refund request again and have to wait 5 more days so the seller has a chance to reply to them. I asked why when it is evident I am getting the royal screw job do I have to wait but the seller apparently has all the cards in his deck and know how to play the game.

Placed an order for toys to be shipped DHL or FEDEX, was informed by the supplier he cannot ship the items, then he offered different product, we refuse, ask to cancel order several times Supplier refuses refund and ships anyway this time by epacket giving us a tracking nr. That does not exsist. LW*******CN Customer service was supposed to step in and stop this but they are no help we have contacted them 5 times by live chat it is always:" just be patient we will get refund". Now we have no idea if shipped or not and no idea what the supplier even sent because he refuses to send pictures or communicate with us.

Great site for personal or business commerce. Customer service is second to none. You can find anything you want, and if you do run into a problem they'll help. I use dhgate almost daily and will continue to. I recommend them 100%. You'll be happy from the first sale.
My purchases were easy and quick to complete. However getting them out of customs was a week long nightmare. The seller did not put the right goods description for declaration therefore holding up my delivery. Once I got my products they were well packaged and as described. DHL is horrible to deal with!
I usually try to buy locally, simply because it is closer and easier. However, my son was very interested in two items for Christmas that he only found through DHgate. I was hesitant, thinking it would not even arrive in time for Christmas, due to the distance, customs, etc. I was pleasantly surprised. My experience with DHgate has been a positive one. I bought a laser toy, ink for my printer and Bluetooth headphones so far and they all arrived on time and work as advertised. My uncle is also a frequent customer - he just received immense photo frame with more functions than the ones sold in the stores here and at 3 times less the price. So I guess it all come to what kind of product are you looking to buy.

I have used this site before ages ago when I was considering being an ebay seller. No point they drain all your profit through final value fees insertion fees then their is Paypal fees. Anyway im not reviewing them so back to DHgate.com. It is a scam I tried purchasing loads of different goods from different suppliers. Communication after you purchase is dismal the quality of products is rubbish and if your unfortunate you will get bitten by a shark. Best to avoid and no madeinchina.com is not better.
I am very disappointed in your product. The sample pictures are a total farce yet she was nice to cuddle with until the tiny leak she had since arrival burst and rendered useless. I will never order anything from your company again and tell anyone I encounter who is considering doing business with you not to waste there time or money.

Requested refund from seller within 24 hours of purchase, before shipping etc... had the most horrendous response. With seller not replying. With DHGate customer service being non existent in not investigating, and appearing to totally ignore there refund policy.
My advise is for UK buyers to stay away from DHGate,
They are dishonourable as explained, and should be investigated by British Parliament for malpractice, should be banned from operation until they can show they are competent to do so. An English call centre is essential to restore my lost trust.
