I recommend buying their replica soccer jerseys; they have AAA quality shirts (modern and retro). They also have an extensive shirt collection for baseball, basketball, rugby, etc. and best of all they can even print your name on the jersey. They prices are unbeatable; for instance some soccer websites selling AAA replicas charge double or more than DHgate. The shipping cost is usually very low or even free, but you would have to wait 1 month for it.

Never use dhgate absolute scam Orders *******9380 and order *******1385 from a company kenh06 scam is they indicate it is sent by Yanwen tracking no supplied but the tracking detailed are false. I have had packages used by this company so know a property tracking steps. Do not use dhgate go to a company like Ebay which you can see clearly company history. Dhgate hold your money for a couple of months then refund you, they encourage crap companies it's in their interest

Ordered 4 months ago and I have not received my items. The shipping number shows no movement in almost 3 months. Both the seller and company refused to refund my money. Don't Buy From this Company. The dispute process is a joke. They are not adhering to the guidelines posted for the dispute process. *update* 6 negative reviews later and telling chat customers service that I don't want an escalation to the dispute team, a refund was issued and the dispute was closed.

Awful experience too! Found e-scooters on DHgate, ad were saying EU stcok, delivery 7-14 days. I made an order, after a week, still was not shipped. Contacted seller, he said that items out of stock and they will get it after a month or so. After 14 days I requested refund, cause there was no point to wait anymore. Customer service said to wait 8 days. After 8 days they just declined to return me my money and said that I have to wait for my scooters. I said I dont need them and I want a full refund! But they dont care! Awful experience! Not recommended to nobody! Keep away! Even aliexpress works better, much better! Order Number: *******928

All in all really positive. Anytime i have contacted a seller they have been excellent. Very helpful and always happy to try and not just level the balance but got a level extra to make you feel like a valued customer.

I have had better experience and more prompt communicative, honest customer service than on Amazon Uk from sellers there and also Ebay. DHgate is a really good experience for me. I would recommend it to anyone and i do regularly. I always check DHgate now for anything i find on Amazon or anywhere else really.

They sell fake goods! None of my mobile accessories is usable now and i cannot claim for my money as they dont respond to my emails. I find really hard time with chargers and cables, which i finally reordered from other online stores like Chinabuye, better electronic quality and good customer service. I wont shop ever with Dhgate, especially for their poor customer service.

Bought a tee described as "100 cotton" and the size based on the item description sizing. What a joke. Tee is either all poly or a bad blend and way smaller than their sizing chart. DHgate's customer service is a joke, and attempting to resolve a dispute even more so. I'm just glad I only threw away $10.69. Don't waste your time on DHgate.

I have ordered numerous items from a couple different vendors on dhgate and I absolutely love it. I mean I'm low key actually a part of a labor union in America and I order Chinese glass because well it's the same exactly quality if not better than a lot of 'american' blowers glass at a fraction of the price. With saying that, I have spent quite literally hours upon hours looking at all the different versions of the glass I want and such before actually making a purchase. Surely not all the glass is thick and well made from every vendor. So I highly recommend buying highly reviewed products or products from vendors you've dealt with numerous times as the customer service is better than a lot or people I've dealt with. Do your homework and study up on what you want and dhgate will be your new favorite app.

If it was easy or without trouble I might be scared... it is not a perfect system but if you learn how to navigate and who to buy from it can be a very profitable site. At the core, you have the DHgate company to turn to when their are problems and I have found them to be more than fair. So much so, that one time they succeed with the seller but still told me that they considered me a valuable customer and basically refunded me out of their own pocket. That is a fairly unheard of practice and made me feel more secure in my purchases.

I found it very easy to make the purchase online and the staff that we corresponded with were very helpful. However, when the water walking ball arrived, it had been severely damaged in shipping. This was a result of inadequate packaging on behalf of DHgate. We reached out to your company to see if you could help us replace the product and we were told that you would not.

I never received my item. I live in Oregon, and I typed my shipping address correctly, but my item was delivered to Louisiana. I was not able to file a dispute because a drop-down menu on the website was broken. This was supposed to be a birthday present for my husband, but now I've just wasted my time and money on nothing.

EDIT: After contacting the seller, they asked me to buy ANOTHER product from them and they would enclose a $20 gift card. First of all, I paid more than $20 for the original item. Secondly, this sounds like a huge scam.

I ordered a Fitbit from one of their providers for my wife this past Christmas. She was excited to receive it. However, after following the instructions to activate the device, it did not work. I contacted dhgate to obtain a replacement or refund, followed their procedure and was denied. Now I am out the money and have a Fitbit that doesn't work. Don't buy from these people. You're stuck with what you get... working or not!

I ordered 6 different items. Tracking showed items had been shipped... all to different addresses in different cities or suburbs. How is that even possible? I think the seller is taking a chance that buyer will ignore and they get away with money. Have never had such an issue with Ali Express!

The cycling jersey I ordered actually arrived sooner than I expected, and is clearly a good quality piece - have used it on at least a dozen rides and it looks and feels great!

Had no issues communicating with the seller, or completing my payments. Will continue purchasing from dhgate and this seller.

I recommend DHgate to any of my colleagues who ask. I like how comprehensive the tracking system is to make sure we got our delivery. The minus 1 star is really because the seller could have communicated how long I had to wait for my package early on and there was a re-shipping or something involved. DHgate itself is great!

From what I've seen and experienced, DHGate is a good site. There are quite a few people on here who don't seem to know how DHGate works and leave negative reviews. As long as you don't expect instant shipping, you should be fine. Cheap, good quality stuff. Shipping took about 3.5 weeks.

We started a vape store, ordered thousands of dollars of product. All the product is fake! Nothing works like it should, they put the brand name on junk and sell it to you. You can't get in touch with them. They don't respond to emails. I know we have lost the money we spent. Very expensive lesson. STAY AWAY FROM DHGATE.

The companies they outsource the items from or who use their services are hurting the company as a whole. Because if you have terrible customer service with one of the other companies it could very well put a damper on the dh gate name itself.

I have been purchasing clothing for my online children's clothing store from DHGate for a little over a month now and have been very happy. The quality of everything I have purchased so far, except for 1 order, has been great and their prices can't be beat. I do recommend researching each supplier before making a purchase though to make sure other buyers have liked the items they've been sold. That's really the only way to know for sure if the quality of your purchases will be good.

It took almost 30 days from order date, until I received! I messaged the seller at least three times to ask about the package and got no response. Although when I FINALLY received the glasses I was very pleased with the Styrofoam protective packaging and the glasses were spectacular! They came with a case with correct design w/ a built in clip, dust cloth with emblem, as well as a tag featuring branding. The seller finally responded the day I received the glasses explaining it was a longer wait because of certain holidays, by was very friendly. I would love to buy more of these glasses, although I need to talk to the seller about getting a discount for ordering a lot instead of just one piece and because I wanted so long for my last package.
