Very Poor experience. After more than 20 days of placement of order and making payment, came to know that the items cannot be shipped. Now after almost a month didn't receive the refund. No reply against continuous mails. Really doubting about it's trustworthiness. Only professional part was found while chating online but against the confirmation of refund, till now nothing happened.

Absolute bunch of scammers. I received the wrong item and still have not received my money back 2 months on. I don't think I will either. Language barrier is ridiculous. Would never recommend these wrip off merchants

Their customer service is good. Great application... i love dh gate... i made an order just about 17days ago and i received my parcel well packaged nd as described in Nigeria yesterday...

Scammers. Cheats. Crooks and thieves. I ordered a pair of Tyler the Creator shoes on Thanksgiving not realizing it would ship from China. These were to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. The shoes were a mustard gold color with flowers. I waited a month +, being reassured the whole time that they would reach me by Christmas. $70! Today I got a package in the mail and was so excited and relieved, only to open them up to find a pair of knockoff fake black Nike shoes. I realize I'm ahead of most people who never got ANYTHING, but this will not be a happy Christmas in my house.:-( Don't waste your hard earned money!

I purchased a fairly expensive, large, glass, fragile decorative item... it arrived quickly with in estimated delivery dates (less than 3 weeks to Australia during busy xmas time period)... the item was very securely and safely packaged and arrive in perfect condition. Even if my parcel was dropped or thrown, the item would unlikely break because it was packaged so well. The item was just as described online. Before buying it, I asked the sellers many, many questions, and was always given answers, and also I felt confident knowing that if my item arrived damaged or didnt arrive, The seller would send replacement item (as they agreed beforehand). Wonderful experience RECOMMEND... will continue to purchase cheap and also more expensive, glass or fragile items from now on. VERY HAPPY!

I've bought several knives from DHgate in the past 6 months. I've had 3 problems. All 3 were dealt with immediately.
You can tell they are trying hard to break into the US and most likely the European market as well.
I'd highly recommend buying from them. I've had zero issue where I wasn't by happy.

Dhgate has been a great place to buy products at ridiculous prices just be careful because some sellers lie about their products but overall a good site to buy trending brands for cheap I love it follows me on YouTube! My name is "Dhgate hero" I do reviews on dhgate shoes!

I have been shopping off and on on dhgate for the past few years.
Their orders have always taken quite some time to finally arrive(1-2months). Which is to be expected. At those good prices, free shipping, and them coming from China, of course it's going to take forever.
Every thing I have ordered in the past, has been accurate.
I never contacted the sellers, but I can see why returns would be a hassle.
With my personal experience, I really have no complaints.
Just be patient :]

Ok first off i want to say that for a clothing merchant, this seller gets your shipment posted fast. They listen and communicate with a degree of complete professionalism. My shipment had arrived early (18 days early)and i cant be happier with their services and products. I intend on buying more from this vendor because their prices are decent, quality of product is good and the speed of their free delivery is outstanding. Jingju, your staff do an excellent job and i personally recommend your shop to any and everyone. Thanks again

There 24/7 customers service is all automated no human interaction and thst means no actual help for buyers to me and the tracking needs to show more details when and were your purchases are and estimated time of arrival besides those issues I would give 5 stars

Worst company in the world to deal with! I placed a few orders and received them, then DHGate blocked my account, I tried for 5 weeks to set up my credit card, provided likes 15 authorization numbers and kept getting template response and horrrible customer services! Don't buy from them! Try and it will take you weeks and not get a solution! Today I decided to go somewhere else as they suck!

I ordered three dresses for an up coming event and all three dresses were not at all as described and looked nothing like the pictures. The sizes were way off they were all too small. The seller was just pulling designs out of nowhere and making dresses that he liked with colors he liked. When i asked for a refund he would only refund 60 dollars out of 600 dollars i talked to customer service they were no help im still waiting on my full refund and the seller will not give me back my money nor remake my dresses.

As the title says, it all works out fine every time.
I have purchased many things over the years from the store. As always, you have to make sure you read the items' descriptions well, because the store sells what several manufacturers produce. The don't have anything to do with the quality of the product since they don't make them.
Otherwise, easy and pleasant experience.

Basically comes down one thing, we placed an order as we had before with identical info as per previous orders, order was not received so a dispute was filed, what a waist of time, they simple replied saying records showed item was in my country and so it must have been delivered, 2nd dispute again a huge waist of time with them saying were releasing funds to seller but that we could forward our comments... very flaky organization with no support whatsoever to the buyers!

I have seen mixed reviews. I have had nothing but good interactions on DHGate. I just made it to level 2 Membership. I have completed 4 orders and do not have one complaint. Understand what you are purchasing see descriptions you will not have a bad interaction. I recommend DHL delivery when available.

They area bunch of frauds. They will withdraw money from your account and ask you to pay saying that you did not pay for your order. They do not answer any emails when you contact them. Stay away not worth it. If there is anything less than 1 star i will choose it

I have used this site for the past 7 years to purchase a ball gown. However, last year my gown looked NOTHING like the picture (I expect about a 70% likeness). I paid for the return of the dress with the promise of getting a full refund. Long story short, they mucked around so long that the dressmaker had to return the funds and I have, and will never because now according to policy the case is closed, will never see them. DON"T buy for them. My dress was made to my measurements (but didn't fit nicely). The customer service has mucked around with false promises that I am down over $200. It is really disappointing and I will never buy or recommend DHGate again... in fact I'm telling everyone not to.

Good selection of vendors, customer service at every turn. A little upset that my expedited shipping wasn't accounted for in the few days it took to process my order, but that is more a issue with the vendor than DHGate. Good market place, would use again.

Information on the website, search possibilities, communication with the seller - it was all a very good experience. Also, the shipping itself was very quick, received the goods from China in Holland within a week. I like the setup of DHgate very much: accessible, easy to use, really powerful. Keep up the good job!

Refunds never come as promised. Found a seller sent me a fake tracking number, so I put a dispute in right away. DHGATE found in my favor and stated refund would be given. Weeks later I get an email saying refund was give and to wait 10-15 days to show. That came and went and when contacted customer support they tell me 15-25 business days. Thats came and went. These scum bags really think people are stupid and wont do anything. My suggestion to all of you is to do a chargeback. They get enough of these they will have their credit card privileges removed.

I'm a fan of dh gate although one issue that I have been constantly having with a lot of the sellers Is communicating with them. It has been very difficult to discuss products and/or orders a lot of the time which therefore leads me to leave whatever I have in my cart and go to another site to make a purchase. Also sellers who do not respond to questions has been a big problem also.

I typically buy many sports jerseys and basketball shoes from the site. Their prices are obviously excellent for goods that are made there regardless. Shipping to Toronto takes anywhere from 3-6 weeks, so again this isnt for ppl used to Amazon and 3-5 day delivery.
Ive been active on the site for well over 3 yrs and am yet to have a dispute or issue.
