I recommend buying their replica soccer jerseys; they have AAA quality shirts (modern and retro). They also have an extensive shirt collection for baseball, basketball, rugby, etc. and best of all they can even print your name on the jersey. They prices are unbeatable; for instance some soccer websites selling AAA replicas charge double or more than DHgate. The shipping cost is usually very low or even free, but you would have to wait 1 month for it.

Never use dhgate absolute scam Orders *******9380 and order *******1385 from a company kenh06 scam is they indicate it is sent by Yanwen tracking no supplied but the tracking detailed are false. I have had packages used by this company so know a property tracking steps. Do not use dhgate go to a company like Ebay which you can see clearly company history. Dhgate hold your money for a couple of months then refund you, they encourage crap companies it's in their interest

When i spoke directly with Dh Gate employees they were very helpful, however the seller for my order bob-seller, didnt deliver my goods claiming they got lost at the post office, and then refused to send a replacement, so i was forced to shop elsewhere.

This was my second transaction with purchasing product from Dhgate's website. The first was a horrific experience that spanned over a period of three months, two disputes, two cancellations, and eventually a full refund of my order amount. On the other hand, the second purchase took less than two weeks from initial communication with the seller, placing the order, and receiving it at my door. As a word of caution, take the extra time when selecting a merchant, and hope to do business with one as good as Merchant Coffulin. I won't bother giving out the merchant's name regarding my first experience, as his practices will eventually cause him to crash and burn.

I bought some shoes and never received them, contacted the seller but he did not do anything. Contacted their customer service and the robot was no use, happened to my with my first order but did not contact them. Customer service is really bad do not buy and invest on another website instead!

I am very fortunate to have discovered DHgate.com. I am not really sure how I stumbled on it but I cannot get enough of this site. I have purchased a few things from DHgate.com and the quality of all the items that I had ordered have been top notch just like the customer support team. I have had some questions that I needed answered and the customer support team was right there to help me out and without hesitation. They not only answered my questions but they were very professional and fast. The DHgate website has so many items to choose from. I recommend the website to everybody because there inventory is spectacular. They will have pretty much anything and probably everything your looking for and if you cannot find something a customer service agent/support team will be there to help you out. Check it out you and have fun doing it.

I ordered $998.00 worth of silver Moissanite Jewelry for my retail store and 3 of the sellers sent me CZ's and not Moissanite stones. I received my money back from 1 ring but not the other 2 sellers. This was a $187.00 loss, and this was after jumping all the hoops they make you do to dispute a order. There is NO customer service at all when the dishonest sellers try to scam you. All the other sellers actually sent me what was described, but the dishonest sellers ruined this for me. I will NEVER order from this company again. I just wonder how many people order this product from them and think they received what Moissanite and they are wearing CZ's, thank goodness I was able to check stones with a diamond/Moissanite tester but most people would not have one of these.

Ordered a watch for $308.19. Today got a watch that didn't even resemble the one I ordered, a real cheap piece of junk not worth $10. This is the second Chinese company that sent me the wrong product and wouldn't come through with the right one. I totally and highly recommend anyone reading this to never order from a Chinese company ever, because you will be scammed. Also, before ordering from any company from now I will read the reviews on that company before I order from it. The Company is DHgate, stay away from them unless you want to get ripped off, better to throw your money in the street.

Tip for consumers:
Again I want to say I have not luck with orders from Chinese companies, order shoes from a Chinese company, sent wrong size, they told me to give them to a friend and they would give me a discount on the next pair I bought. What, I didn't send the wrong shoes, why should I have to buy another pair. They never settled the claim and I was stuck with shoes I couldn't wear.

Unfortunately I did not read reviews on DHgate before I ordered a $178.00 dress. The picture was the same as the dress offered by Dillards but, of course, for less money. I did receive the dress, apparently from Singapore, about the time that they said. It is VERY cheaply made. Instead of bead work that the picture showed, this dress has sequins that make it look like a Halloween costume. The actual dress material is also substandard but could have been OK for a one night wear. The hem is crooked and would have to be altered. Please do not use this company. My greed for a good price made me loose my reason... I should have known better. Read the other reviews! They also are very smart and make it impossible to return for a refund.

Good for small ticket items but buyer beware. Ordered a laser cutter but the vendor was a scam artist. Even though it was quickly evident that the vendor provided a fake tracking number, DHGate stalled on providing a refund. It took almost a month before I got my money back.

Like Aliexpress, Alibaba, and the others... If you are a custom to dealing with China, you know how things work and what to expect and what not to expect. I have read a lot of the reviews and I can only assume most really do not have any import export experience.

I actually buy a lot of things off the site and aliexpress and sell them on ebay and amazon.

If you buy 1 or 2 items at a time, then yes you will get banged out in price (with free shipping) or banged out in shipping costs.

And if you are so concerned with getting ripped off... Aliexpress offers a FREE protection service. USE IT!

This site is great for those who know what to expect when dealing with companies over seas.

DHgate wanted me to wrote this review in exchange for the coupon on their site. After that I didn't get it but finally they sent it but only for orders 20$ up and they promised it would be 6$ minimum order. Bunch of liers not only on that matter. Please use other portal for your own safety! I don't think they can be any help if you will have a problem with the seller, they just lie to you all the time!

I've never been burnt by any seller. I buy from every day and custom order things as well. Every single thing I bought I've received in a timely manner. Customer service has never not answered me like some people have said and they have a US based customer service number

The dress was 3 different shades of red and had beading that was not listed in the description. My daughter was left in tears. She is a size 8 right off the rack. The dress fit everywhere except the shoulder. It was an A-symmetrical design and the single arm hole opening was only 6 inches with no stretch. I emailed the seller and sent 7 pictures as evidence. I was told that it was made to a size 8 specifications at the factory and there was nothing they could do. They are no longer answering my emails. I tried requesting a refund from DHGate but since the order was already processed, it was denied and I was told to contact the seller. I am out $130 and stuck with a dress that I can't even re-sell!

And whats good about it is that, the item i bought was scheduled to be received after 36 days. But i got my parcel less than 16 days which is quite awesome.

BEWARE! This site is filled with problems. The Chinese vendors are a joke - they try to placate you into stopping canceling orders, etc. There is NO mechanism to ship returns - it cost me $129 to ship back to that hell hole of a country - everything from China is fake, dirty and dishonest. You have been warned!

I noticed many of the sellers offer their products to sell by the dozen. This is suitable if u are doing business.
For individuals I suggest min. 2pcs or a min. Amount of maybe $8 to 10 mixed items from the store.
From my experience China Post delivery takes double the time on DHgate than Aliexpress.

Prom dress did not fit... their standard size 10 is an American 8 or less. The company promises Returns 100 percent Guaranteed, the seller's emails were in such broken english they were not able to be understood, they then said to send picture proof or videos to prove that they were at fault or the 'dispute' would be automatically closed. I went to review the item to warn others and my review was not allowed with no explanation. They are a poor company... stay away! I have an ill fitted, unwearable, $160.00 dress and no recourse or protection from this company.

I really enjoy going on the DHGate site. I find a lot of different products that are interesting to me. I find it very easy to use and easy to place my orders. Follow up and communications with the sellers is great. They provide tracking numbers so that I know where my order is in the system. It's like Christmas morning when my orders arrive. There are so many sellers with so many products that it can be a bit overwhelming. But it's a lot of fun. Any issues or questions are quickly addressed.

My international package got stopped by customs. I had to upload proof even though they had the tracking information in their system and could see it never went to my address. Now I'm waiting forever for my refund. It was a nightmare first transaction and i won't be using this site again. Their resolution center sucks!
