Hi guys! Dhgate, like many other selling platforms is just a company hosting private sellers and each seller is basically their own store. From my personal experience there have been rly good sellers and bad ones too. However, the quality of how DHgate handles disputes is alright, but could be better. It is tough because the company is based in China so the time difference may delay the dispute resolutions a bit but normally I have no problems. Once again, if you want to buy something, find a trusted seller and ask for pictures of the items. Sometime sellers will advertise a picture but their items will look a bit different. This is why you always ask for the real pictures before purchasing and the sellers will be honest 90% of the time.

I love this website but I just wish that all the shoes on the site are shipped in a timely fashion and that a delivery date is guaranteed. Most of the sellers have a delivery expected date but we really don't always get our products during that time frame. If this will change this site would more amazing than it is now.

As an American consumer, the products you order from dhgate will take some time to reach you, but every product I have purchased this far has been top quality. I have been buying glass and all pieces have arrived intact without a scratch on them. I have been recommending this site to nearly all my associates and will continue to do so.

It was a pleasure to use DHgate. My first orders went smoothly and look forward to making more. Any questions I had or communication with sellers was made easy within the app. I highhly recommend this service to others.

I ordered guitar, all payment and shipping was great. But the shipping label either fell off or the us post couldnt read it. I had to track and get involved getting product from undeliverable mail box. A real hassle.

I've already ordered several times from DHgate and so far I'm very satisfied with each. The goods are as described and very quick turnaround from placing the order and shipping it to the buyer. And if there is any problem, their suppliers are very quick to respond and always try to satisfy the customer. They offer discount and assured me that they will improve on the next order placed. That's great to know. Overall SATISFIED!

Thieves. Dress came and looked terrible. Seller aimibridal refuses to refund Me, has been extremely rude, telling me i should have told them I didn't want a see through dress and being from America I should know that better quality would cost more. I have been through over 40 emails between the seller and dhgate and have gotten nowhere besides frustrating ignorance. Dhgate has given me the run around. I get automated replies and and they have no intention in helping me or getting my refund settled. They are thieves. It's a scam. Stay away.! Wasted $150.00 bad quality! Don't even deserve one star

Terrible! You guys ship to wrong address, you ignore my emails asking for help. You email confused when you should have read my email in the first place! You have rude customer service that only speak Chinese no English! Very unprofessional! Issue is not resolved and my order is cancel yet you won't refund me and I had to involve my bank! Rude employees that lie! And my name is Denise not the other name u keep calling me! How many times do I have to call and email u about this.

I found a great selection of products to choose from from various sellers at competitive prices. Placing my order was quick and easy. The delivery time was excellent. Overall I definately wsill continue to shop on this web site

I ordered a Ebike battery for over $500 and never received it. I contacted the seller (liuzedong7777) multiple times and always gave generic answers and refused to give any information to track it or to prove it was even sent. DHgate makes it so hard to contact & talk to anyone. I think they expect u to give up and allow to keep our extremely hard earned $$$. This place is a scam and all buyers beware…U will never see ur $$$ if any problems happen. (Pics out of order)

It was a truly first rate experience customers service was open quick and honest products are nicely displayed and easy to circulate through and takes about two to three weeks to arrive worth every cent in savings

The website connect really bad suppliers in China. They have as expected long time of production and shipment, which also don't respect. At the time of expiring this process (which falsely they report you have received the items), if you proceed opening a dispute they claim they are issuing a refund (which will never arrive). They also have dead links, no possible contacts, except the facebook page (they send you a link with a bot and a waiting line you cannot proceed as it close after 1 minute). Overall definitely a scam. Also if you read the positive review, they are clearly a bot or written by employees of DHGate as they are totally without personality and meaning.

I have had nothing but great service by both DHGates and their Family of Sellers. Shipping is great on most items but hey I am in Canada and well usually within 10-14 days after my order I receive and that is awesome coming from the other side of our world. Kudos to you all.

DHgate seller hope12 is a liar, constantly changing tracking numbers. I have been waiting for a week and no working tracking number was provided. (before buying seller said he has shipping ready and it will be shipped right away). No actual help from DHgate have been received. Now I have to open a Dispute and wait for even more, to receive my refund. Don't do any business with them, if you value your time, and money. Hope12 and DHgate company are the worst suppliers I have ever had a deal with.

Shopping at dhgate is a pure joy the site is easy to operate, on the odd times you need help they are over efficient, there sellers are exceptional and so is the service.
I buy something every day on this site and I honestly can't speak more highly of the site. If something goes wrong I would suggest that it is the buyer whom has not done there homework properly in the product they have sourced or their expectations of that product. These prices are fabulous and the products exceptional look forward to doing busiiness for many years to come Jenny

I have recently made a purchase once and last time on this site. Firstly I received a reply saying my order was cancelled. Then when contacting the so called safety team they advised absolutely no money was received for goods you ordered so this was the reason.
Several days went by so I contacted my bank and they advised me 100% the money was taken and gave me a 6 digit transaction code used by DHGATE. Relaying the information they advised no please contact your bank. Then the first item was delivered! I forwarded the package and information. Then they said I will need to raise a ticket. Now if your order is cancelled on DHGATE you can not raise a ticket because there was no order so this is an impossibility. I advised them of the information and they ignored my final request.
I feel people should be aware that not all orders are held in good faith and the facts are clear and obvious that there is no safety team to protect the consumer. Buyer beware.

I bought an outfit from them that was hideous and way too small. It took me months of back and forth with them asking me for measurements and why was the outfit too small. Finally, I was able to get a semi answer advising that they would only give me a partial refund. After weeks more of fighting with them, they finally agreed to return the full amount. I sent the outfit back and now they are giving me a run around about not having enough evidence that we returned the outfit or that they don't have the money. They keep telling me to file a dispute, and when I do, they close it out saying it's been handled. THis is the most dishonest company I have ever done business with and would advise EVERYONE it's not worth any hassle to try and deal with them. It is so frustrating as I no longer have the outfit (it was sent back) and they're refusing to give me my money back. Honestly, I wish I could give them negative stars as this is the worst customer service and theft I've ever experienced.

9 out of the 10 items worked wonderfully. One didn't work at all. Extra batteries sent which is nice, however the back of the watch is impossible to remove. Overall good for the money. Fast delivery too.

Ordered and paid for a pair of audio speakers online. They were not delivered. No response from the company. (EDIT 3/23/2018 :) The tracking number provided by the vendor, below, is not recognized by the US Post Office.

I ordered four items and only received three. The seller, anygoods6688, charged me for all four items. Because I received the package they refuse to acknowledge the missing item even though it is not on the shipping slip. I received a second package with the wrong item in it. Because they are in China, no matter how many times I contact them, they act like they don't understand English or what I am clearly saying. DH Gate and this seller are ripoffs from China and you will not get your order or be able to explain the problem to them. Stay away!
