I am a first time buyer, purchased a pair of shoes from the site and thereafter my account was closed for safety concerns and there is no way to reach dhgate as I can't even login to my account. I don't know where my package is and Customer Service is non existent.

I find the site easy to navigate when looking for certain items. You can find just about anything you want but the best thing is the fast free shipping that's offered. I've been buying from DHgate for about 5 to 6 years and I love it.
Great products, sellers and the site is very good. We can also find a many products how you want. I indicate the dhgate for my friends to make purchases of products that we do not find in the local market, with lower cost and good quality.
I bought a $70 item from them and it never arrived. After contacting them, they stated a process for re-reimbursement, I followed their procedure, and then they sent me an email saying they closed the request for refund because I did not keep in contact with them.
Do not buy from them. No grantee shipment from China will get to you, and the refund process is flawed.
It's since last April that I buy from DHgate and I never had problems with them. All the stuff that I ordered arrived in perfect conditions and was as described in the website. The sellers are very polite and they answer promptly.

How do I contact you for a refund. Wrong dress size sent. So discouraged you are difficult to do business with. I ordered size 14, my usual size. It seems I received a size 6 or 8. First I would like to say that DHgate is a great place to buy things you want / need for a lower price. To be safe on DHgate all you have to do is buy from the trusted seller and look at the reviews from their products. Just make smart purchases. DHgate has left me really happy and I will continue to buy from them ;)
I have been shopping at DHGate for almost 10 yrs now, I have had a few problems but those were minor with sellers but all were taken care of by DHG.
If item defective or not as described DHG make sure the seller pays for return shipping fees. You have to be very insistent to get your refund. Takes a little longer then I expected to be, but you get your money back. Shipping is always on time.

So far I have a terrible experience buying two dresses from DHgate since july. These dresses were very badly sewn with very cheap materials. I spent about $270.00. What you see is not what you get. I' ve since August returned these dresses with another$85.00 for return shipping. DHGATE harbouring these creepy sellers on their site have not refunded my money. This is a shame.

Taking forever for DHgate to refund - they tried to stall for time.
I have been a customer with Dhgate for several years now and I still enjoy browsing the website and placing orders. The prices are real nice and its a huge positive thing that the shipping costs are almost always for free.
Also the customer service is really great and fast. I have not one bad thing to say about my experience with shopping at DHgate!

Every day i go on dhgate its an incredible website with a lot to offer. The items i order come in great condition and don't take long to get to me and are offered at a very fair price i would definitely recommend to a friend.
It has been the first time I have purchased any good from dhgate and so far except for the custom I have been facing no problems and also the online help of this site is really great. I ordered a dress (in early March) for my engagement party I paid $40 express post to get it here in time of the party (late March) the seller insured me it would get here in time early April it arrived I opened the package this dress was horrible! It had oil marks all over it! I sent it back the next day it is mid May and I still haven't got my money back... Very reputable with step by step tracking and alerts for those who like those type of things. The products I have received are great looking and I will be ordering again. Shopping experience at DH gate can be quite successful if you follow this advice. Product description isn't clear sometimes, just communicate with seller as long as you will get all details you need to know. If seller beats around the bush forget him. Size charts are a bit strange. Just give seller your weight, your hide and the way you like to wear your clothes. Mostly seller will give you advice. Generally it is better to communicate with seller before order, instead to open a disput afterwards. Hope I could help a bit.

I give this site a one because there is not a lower rating. This site is run by a bunch of crooks. I ordered from 7 different sellers. Three products were nice but 2 never sent and I cannot seem to get my money back just a run around the other two were a huge rip off, products very subpar. I think the US customs department should shut them down and not allow them to do business on the internet it is fraud
I was double charged in September and have been trying to get it refunded for 4 months not with no one from customer service replying. It was $450 AUD so a lot of money. I will now be reporting them to my bank. I would not purchase through them.

My first time trying to buy from dhgate they told me that my card threw a charge back. Then they asked me to send them my card details to remove the restriction they put against me for the charge back. I then contact them and they ask for a letter from my bank. Then, after I did all of this and wasted two months trying to be verified these jerks tell me that their "Safety Center" tells me that I can no longer buy from them which makes no sense because I have use my card everywhere with no problems and my bank even said there was no charge or charge back. The customer service including Bob whom I spoke to are very unprofessional and treat customers like they're no one and refuse business for absolutely no purpose. I would not buy from them because they allow predatory sellers on dhgate even though they deny certain buyers. Dhgate is very unprofessional and does not care about the customer and it really shows.

Quite a few months ago I purchased a dragon kite from DH Gate. It never showed up and because it was only $21, I chalked it up as a loss and didn't think too much about it. Today I received a small package from China, much smaller than a kite, and in it were five pieces of cardboard, yes cardboard, which cost $20 to ship. So they spent my money on sending me cardboard. This is as absurd as it is unethical. I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commission. Please be smart and do not do business with DH Gate. China is known for its unethical business practices.

I ordered a product that I liked. Others liked it so I placed another order of the same item. They sent a variation of the order that clearly doesn't look the same. I have been going back a forth with the seller for almost a month now with no avail. They do not want to send the proper item ordered. I ordered 60 of the item. They have just now tried to negotiate sending me 45. What am I supposed to tell the other 15 people who ordered.

Bought a necklace from one of their sellers. Paid by debit card. Got the wrong item. Seller refused to refund me. Customer service intervened and allowed me refund once seller receives item. Returned the item via registered mail. Contacted DHgate Customer Service after 4 months with no refund issued, who replied with the following:
"This is Shirley, the manager of Customer Service and I'm glad to receive your message.
I did the complete research for your case *******465 but I have to inform you that your case can't be handled anymore according to DHgate Dipsute Policy.
I totally understand your feelings as a customer and I wish there were more I could do for you but there isn't because we've already done everything in our power.
