Right after I made a purchase, I went to "my order" page and it said I had no orders. I wonder how I could check the status of my order so I started an online chat. After it was indicated that a representative joined the chat, I started describing the issues but they have never replied. I was like talking to the air and the agent just pretended they didn't exist.

I love my dress not only that but it was different and unique! I really like that they would answer my emails very quickly I'm definitely ordering again I truly love the attention they had with me... Thank you.

I have ordered from dhgate.com 3 times. The first 2 times I had no problem other than waiting for a long time to get my merchandise. Last time I ordered from dhgate was 3 months ago, abd still my product has not shown up yet

I received my DHgate order, and I am happy with the purchase.
I have bought quite a few things on this website, and this is the order that took me the most, probably because it coincided with the Chinese New Year.
The seller took 15 days to send the order, then the transport agency took a week to update the information of the tracking number. After that time, the waiting period was the usual, about 20 days to receive it in Spain.
I have been ordering more than a year to this web and for the moment I have not had any problems, it works better than the Aliexpress vendors, that I have already had some problem with another.
That's why I recommend buying on this website.
Satisfactory purchase

I ordered six products (knives) and had 5 defects from 3 of the 6 vendors. They just don't seem to give a $#*! about the quality of the products they send you. Won't be ordering from this site anymore.

Ordered a phone, an S4 from them. Received it in the mail, it didn't work right at all. I emailed the seller and I tried what they asked. Still didn't work. I decided to send it back to get my refund. I got it shipped out and have waited 3 months now and the seller claims he hasn't gotten it and the site won't refund me my money after several complaints. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They will rip you off as soon as they can.

I returned the item and seller promised for full refund & paid for the shipping cost. Then I don't have the shipping label but I do have tracking number & usps receipt and yet DHgate kept asking me for the damn shipping label! I told them ( I chatted with more than 2 people and none of them good) that I don't have the shipping label but I sent them the shipping label that I handwritten. The package is stuck in Beijing. So I don't get my refund plus the shipping cost! Instead DHgate released the payment to the scammer seller that I believe gave me non exist address ( with no number) which I thought maybe it's a factory.
So beware with this platform. They don't care about customers! I reported the transaction to my CC and they refunded me back. So I got screwed over the shipping cost. Well DHgate good luck at least your company got a flag from the credit card company!

Stay away from this company if you don't want to loose your money and your sanity as to try and deal with DH Gate is a nightmare. It is impossible to contact them directly they hide behind all kind of blockages and there customer support is non existent.
They have a so called chat line and every time you try the chat line it freezes on purpose and sends you to a non existing site.

When you have a problem they direct you to the seller whose email alert is always out of order and when you try to get back to DG Gate they tell you they cannot contact the seller before 5 days? And then nothing is resolved, wave your money good by

I am new to this website. Have purchased 2 items so far. Price are reasonable and material is so good. Delivery time is faster than other site from China. Takes only 10-12 days to receive items. Will purchases more from this site.

DHgate has a good order management system to help make transactions with direct sellers smooth and worry free. The items and prices on DHgate are often much better than found on other sites. I recommend creating and account and shopping on DHgate.

I have tried very expensive hair and let me just say I am in love with this hair. It is great quality, very thick and silky. Plus shipping was very fast and the customer service was excellent, definitely will be buying again

Most all of the sellers at dg gate are right on target, some are puffing and say one thing then they want to add a couple of weeks to their delivery time. But the most do exactly what they said they would.

Dhgate took credit for my last refund, but only claimed so after I fought for it with the seller.

Again, don't count on dhgate to assist you as a buyer.

I have another order past due that dhgate refuses to allow me to escalate because dhgate claims that 10-26-2016 is still within the delivery time of 10-22-2016.

I know, dhgate must use some weird calendar as for everybody else, this shows overdue.

Ready for this? Now dhgate wants me to wait ANOTHER 3 WEEKS before trying to escalate.

IGNORE all sellers delivery promises. Dhgate refuses to assist buyers in getting sellers to live by their promises.

The only group making more bogus promises than the sellers is Dhgate.

Dhgate makes a service pledge, but a pledge is only as good as the people making it. In this case, doesn't mean anything.

In all fairness, two orders went without a problem, two others were/are a nightmare. Dhgate was absolutely no help with the problems. Dhgate only covered for the seller.

Terrible! I order Spandex chair covers. I received Nylon chair covers that because not elastic at all can fit my chairs.
I open a dispute. A month after it is still open. The customer service is terrible. The are very slow to reply to your email. They reply like if they have never read your message. They kept asking for evidences which I had already provided.
BTW after my complain the seller change the description of the item removing the word Spandex. NOT HONEST! Stay Away!

Warning this is a scam website! Worst website ever! The seller send me the wrong model and dont want to refund me. So i need to send it back to him. But the shipping cost 3 times the price of the item... The support on DhGate is very lame, not respect buyer and dont care about your dispute problem... never ever buy again on this website! EBay, Amazon or Deal Extrem are a way much better!

DHgate has a great App and website, The customer service is really good, Sometimes the sellers are not so great, but DHgate does work to protect you and provide a resolution or refund. If you have problems you can just use their Live chat function or raise a dispute case, most of the time the issue is resolved in a timely manner. I have had all my issues solved to my satisfaction so No complaints. I do recommend trying out DHgate and if ever you have problems with your products use the Live chat session to get help instantly.

Some of the prices on these items seem to good to be true. I bought a glass water pipe for about half the price other sites were asking for similar items thinking that the super low price would be worth risking buying from overseas on a site I hadn't heard of. I found this site via a forum being recommended by a few like-minded people. The item arrived on time, intact, and of the quality advertised. I will be using DHgate again.

I was leery at first for using dhgate to buy wholesale goods for my business. They wouldn't accept my credit card online so I had to get a money order which was a hassle. The merchandise I ordered from two vendors came in great condition and on time. As long as you find a great deal and reliable vendors this is a good service site to use.

Dh gate is a strong reliable website for what you want, at a reasonable price. Customer service always give you satisfaction. There seller's rating good choice I loke. Gives you the feel of who's the better pick for your buy.

I found a beautiful dress on this site that I wanted for my daughter's wedding. I ordered it... was coming from a company called Light in the Box... and it took so long I had to get another dress. So when the dress arrived, I attempted to send it back and they basically refused to help me, only saying I had to go to Light in the Box, which I could never get a response from! So now I am stuck with this dress and no one will get back to me about returning it so I can get a refund. STAY away from these companies! Total rip off!

I have purchased many items from dhgate and each transaction has been easy. If I wasn't 100% satisfied with the item or it was faulty then these issues have always been sorted out. I will continue to use dhgate regularly.

Easy to use and buy at great prices, if Iv ever came across something I wasn't sure about there's always someone to help and they are always brilliant going above and beyond what was asked and friendly the whole time.
