I will never recommend this website to anyone. This website/company should just shut down after ready so many bad reviews or better just get there $#*! together and have better customer service to please there customers. I wish I would have read the review before buying anything from fanatics. I had placed an order on Monday there website stated guarantee before Father's Day well that was not true instead i will be receiving 6/21. I contacted there customer service spoke with crystal a customer service rep she was very helpful and stated she that they will attempt to try to get it here by Saturday and if not they would refund me my money. So I figured oh okay cool if I don't get it by Saturday at least I would get my money back seemed like a good agreement. So of course I waited al day yesterday and nope still nothing so I contacted them back today spoke with Tiffany explained to her what had happen and my conversation with crystal she's stated that crystal gave me false information and the only thing they can do is give me 10 credit. Told her that's not what I was told she told me supervisor would call me by the name of Zach. Received the call which was pointless because he was no help basically told me the same info that Tiffany told me so it was really pointless for me to get a call from him. I won't be shopping here anymore worse experience ever at least if someone messes up from your team you should just back them up and give the customer what they were told and maybe you guys would have better ratings.
I love buying from Fanatics. Everything I have bought from them has been high quality and greatly priced. When I had a problem they made it right very quickly.
I have never had a bad experience when shopping on here. Also customer service was amazing when I received a broken item. They fixed it right away and sent me another one.
They advertised fast shipping and I was given an original "ship date" which I mistakenly thought was when the package would arrive (and this was a gift so I was counting on that date). But it turned out to be the date a shipping label will be CREATED by. Then they waited for another week before they even dropped it off at UPS! Be sure to check fine print for GUARANTEED DELIVERY date bc your order will not arrive before then. I understand that I should have looked harder, but the way they give the information seems very intentionally misleading.
On January 26,2020 I purchased a Item Kobe Bryant Los Angeles Lakers Fanatics Authentic Framed 10" x 18" Vertical Photo Collage with Team Used Basketball- Limited which was the day of the accident. It was limited 250. The on January 28,2020 I received an email stating that the order was canceled. Fanatics canceled the order due to the accident and refunded my paypal. If they didn't want to sell the item, then they should not have had it listed on their website. Fanatics canceled my order 2 days after the PayPal transaction took place. I've ordered from Fanatics and never had an issue until now. They did not run out of the item.
I do not have an order number as I have cleaned out my email inbox. In place of the order number I used the PayPal transaction ID.

Tried to have my orders shipped to my summer mailing address in Blaine Wa., to a retail Mailbox Store. Never had a problem in the past with any company: Maui Jim's, clothesline, etc. This location has been my summer billing address for 17 years.
This time Fanatics and the Basketball Store, both owned and operated by Fanatics refused to ship my orders of Penn St. Wearables to this address. Said they had a security concern. The actual billing was processed, approved and then reversed.
Spoke to numerous people at Fnatics and they said they couldn't reverse the decision not to ship. Have complained to Penn St. Athletic Dept., will see what happens.

I ordered 2 NFL cowboys jerseys today 6/1/16 and it said I was supposed to be receiving more information in my email about what day of arrival I will be receiving my merchandise so I checked and there's nothing. I get on the Fanatics Outlets website to login and it says my order is pending I'm not sure how long it will take to receive my merchandise

Great website for any sports fan. They have one of the biggest selections of sporting apparel I've seen. They run sales often and usually have a code you can use for free shipping. I'd recommend it.

Like all the other posts, I ordered with the expectation that I would receive by Christmas Eve as advertised and even called when I did not see a "shipped" status; I was told it had shipped and I should expect it on Christmas Eve. It is now Christmas Day and no delivery. Tracking says it is expected for delivery on the 26th by end of day. My issue is I had other online stores I could have ordered from but I gave Fanatics a chance and they failed to provide customer satisfaction by false advertising their promise to deliver for Christmas.

I ordered a shirt on 12/13 it said it will arrive by 12/23. No updates sent but took my payment immediately & with no problems. Shipping label was created 7 days later now it says my package won't arrive till 12/28. It sat in Jacksonville, Fl with them for a whole week. Now my Christmas gift won't even be here for Christmas. FANATICS IS A JOKE! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM!

On, 2 separate dates of 11-13-2020 and 11-16-2020 I ordered from this site for 1st time. When I say stay away that's exactly what I mean. I was overcharged on both orders. 1st 1 it was a few $, the 2nd time it was almost $100.00. These were Christmas gifts for my children and they company all ready have your $. It took many hrs w/reps/supervisor all 4 ppl blew me off and did not 1 thing they told me over phone. I'm still waiting for them 2 decide if I will get a refund. The orders were not delivered correctly. 5 items and I have 1. The way It is going I'm not sure if I will every get $ bck or get correct items. It was a mess. First of all, the item I ordered was NOT labeled as special event. When I ordered this jersey along with another, the estimated delivery date on the website was the same for both, which was 12/10-12/13. You mentioned that this special event item was not expected until 12/14 but was received early and shipped out on 12/13 instead of 12/14, according to the shipping method chosen by me. The label to ship the jersey was created on 12/13, BUT it was not actually at the FedEx location until Sunday night. You mentioned other shipping methods were available your website, which is true, I saw them, but didn't think I needed it since the estimated delivery was 12/10/12/13. I just don't like being blamed for the late delivery. Oh, and I did contact Fanatics via twitter with no more than an apology. It took posting to this website to get $4.99 refund, which I do not feel is enough. Disappointing someone at Christmas time is priceless to me, so $4.99 doesn't even begin to cut it. I won't make that mistake again.

Honestly I haven't had any trouble with Fanatics until now. I've bought many jerseys over the last 8 or so years. This year I ordered two basketball jerseys on 11/25. I figured this was plenty of time to get them before Christmas. One shipped the very next day. The other one didn't ship for three weeks. Fed Ex is scheduled to deliver it after Christmas. To make matters worse, Fanatics is advertising that you can order now and still get it by Christmas. I could order the very same jersey and get it before the one I ordered three and a half weeks ago. How does this make sense? I get the new one would have expedited shipping, but the shipping isn't the problem. The problem is taking three weeks to get one jersey shipped.
I will never shop here ever again. I had the worst experience. When I made my orders online which was a women's T-shirt and men's jersey, it stated both items were in shock and I also paid extra for shipment in 48 hrs. I made my transactions on a Monday night and did not expect for them to go through until Wednesday and then received my items on Friday. This seem to make sense but this is not the way it went. First, my jersey that I had purchased was not in shock and the warehouse refunded my money. No email was sent explaining this and I had to figure it on my own. Second, things are not shipped out until 3 days later and of course weekends are excluded. So what is the point of paying extra money to receive items if they are being standard shipping. The customer service reps on the phone were EXTREMELY poor and gave the worst service. Reps spoke to me in any way they wanted as I'm not the customer and continued speaking over me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Long story short, I will not recommend this company to anyone. You will be better off purchasing items off of nfl.com or simply off the website of the team of your desire. You will thank reading this post in the long run...

Fanatics is the worst. I ordered online on December 13th. On the 18th of December, my email mailbox was continuously getting flooded offers and a $4.00 coupon which I'm not interested in using. On the 15th I began to received notifications my order has been shipped the next day my order is in transit and will be delivered on the 17th this went on and on until today which is 12/20 and my order has still not been delivered, now I called to speak with a person she tells me it will be delivered tomorrow. I will not ever order from your company again you lie and constantly try to upsell, and for stringing me along for the past 4 days I rate your company a fat 0 - ZERO!

Both of my sons teams are in the NCAA final four. Of course, that information did not come out until Sunday, 26 March. I immediately ordered hats and T-shirts for the whole family and I paid for extra shipping to arrive here on time when I got closer to today, which is Saturday, April 1 and the items were not here I called the company and they said that the email told me it wouldn't arrive until April 1. I asked so why include expedited shipping they said it takes their warehouse weeks to even process the order and the expedited shipping is after the warehouse processes the order. This is unacceptable and I will never order from them again.

Buying beware. They send you stuff that doesn't fit and if you try to return it with their shipping label it costs almost as much as the item itself. Total rip-off.
