My friend recommended me to use GearBest. Lastly, I bought Xiaomi Mi TV Box on GearBest at BlackFriday sales. The price was really cheap and more important, customer services that I received from GearBest Support were awesome. When I asked a question, they answered it in 12-18 hours and they are very helpful.

I ordered a BT-S2 1000m Bluetooth Headset Motorcycle Intercom from Gear best on 19th Oct 2017. The quality of the product is awesome. I has a great battery life and easy to access while on the road. I had contacted gearbest and the have done everything to ship the product as early as possible so that the shipment arrives and I could use it on my long ride.

Order no.: **************192 29/06/2019 22:16:20, I had ordered 1pcs xiaomi airdots(white), 1 pcs makeup brush, 2 pcs refillable perfume bottle, 1 pcs vertical mouse. Among them, the refillable bottles were slightly defected, but the other products were present as I ordered them, and they are good and accurate in shape according to the description. The quality of packaging was good, and the delivery time was moderate to me. I will highly recommend gearbest to buy good products..

Some items can be misleading based on the pictures on their website. The six battery balance charger appearantly doesn't come with a usb cable to connect the usb plug to the balance charger despite the fact that all the pictures on the website show the cable and even the contents picture on the box shows the cable as included. In addition the usb cable is not a standard cable that you might have lying around because of the balance charger side. There is also a language barrier which complicates the customer service process.]

I bought tons of vaping gear and more on this website, everything came fast and good packaged. Prices are really good for original products. Customer service is also good, I had couple of questions and they answered in less than 24h. I allready bought 10 different things from GearBest.

My package took so long to get to Thailand. I contacted the customer service, they checked it for me and I got it a few days later. And they sent me another parcel for free, I got the 2nd package for free!

Gearbest is a very good site! I was a bit septic at first because of the prices of the products that are very low and free shipped... But since my first order was completed, I only buy my stuff(electronic cigarets) on this site, I recommend Gearbest for all the persons who want good prices and serious shipping! I really like the store GearBest.com. I like the design of the site, which is very convenient. The layout of the website is good, not overloaded with colorful offers. In General, the goods which are represented in the store GearBest.com different from other stores. Very often in the store arranged the sale where you can buy a good product with a good discount. There is also a system of points for purchases and reviews. At the moment GearBest.com my priority is the store. I highly recommend this store.

Items I received were ok, good package, nothing damaged, very nice prices. Sometimes the tracking wasn't perfect and the orders arrived too much time after the estimated date, but it's normal for intercontinental shippings. This is the only one problem I had and so I can't buy something I need in short time. But if time is not a problem, Gearbest is one of the best soluction!

I already use gearbest from some time.
Usually I choose EU warehouse and is very quick (about 2 weeks).
From CN warehouse it takes about 1 month to my country.

Regarding support, when I had to use and it was a problem with DOA or any defect was resolved relative quick.

About the products, have very good price and depending of the product range, the quality is also OK.

Untill now never had a bad expericence to drop gearbest from my trusted stores.

Gearbest is the deception! Be careful buying from them! I was trying to buy from them 2 times and 2 times I was tricked! They lie about dispatch time all the time. As an example they write that they will dispatch product after purchase 2-3 days, after that they say sorry you need to wait 2 weeks more. After 2 weeks they say that you need to wait more 2 weeks.

They lie about they shop stock, they selling product which they do not even have. It seems that they themselves do not know do they get the product or no. But they will sell that as much as posible!

Bought a Beelink X2 TV Box from the European Warehouse of Gearbest.

First of all shipping and packaging was tiptop in order. Received the box within a couple of days of ordering which was impressive.
I have been using this box for the last couple of days now and have been extending the kodi viewer with a number of add-ons. I can now view most television stations worldwide as well as most sports channels.

Loading of the app is fast, picture quality is superb.

Love the Beelink X2. As this will be replacing sky multi view and sky sports the box will have earned it's money back within months.

Really happy with it.
