Well, my criticism to gearbest is regarding the product shipping packaging, very simple and frago, without any protection to the products / goods, could be better packed the orders. Other than that I have nothing to complain about.
Have made 5 purchases so far; 1 of them i decided to cancel and had my money back in less than 48 hours. 3 arrived to Spain in less than 2 weeks using standard shipment and still waiting for my last order which should arrive soon.
My experience with this store is excellent so far. Prices are cheap, delivery is fast, and i haven't had any trouble comunicating with them; hence i keep shopping.
I've been buying electronics products since a couple of years, and each time the experience was excellent. This includes original products and accessories for my DJI MAVIC drone, and quality is always perfect.
Shipping is also super fast through Azerbaijan post.
I also had to cancel a purchase once, and it was done very fast without any problems.

Recently I made new order at GearBest.com. This time I ordered Tennmak earphones. With promo code its price was very low. It was send very fast, GearBest give me track number, I personal cabinet was all info - packed phone photo, track, destination address.
The parcel came fast 22. 4. 16 - I took in the post office, it was packed well.
My earphones just great, the sound is pure, its very light, has built-in mic.
Gearbest is always my choice.
I am evaluating with 5 stars, because with more than 20 purchases in this store, including the purchase of a mobile phone, I never had problems.
The user support is excellent, the answers are always with a period of less than 24 hours, very fast.
The form of payment available to Brazilians is also a strong point, being able to pay up to 12 times and paying local IOF.
I purchased a usb to HDMI for my father. The website said it would come with the drivers on a CD. When it arrived, there was no CD and the device doesn't work since I cannot locate the drivers.
I've contacted the company but still haven't received a reply after 5 days.
I would not purchase anything from them since their obviously false advertise what comes with their product and have poor customer service.
Easy and user friendly website. Reliable tracking service. Best prices on the internet. Big community with lots of user reviews. Although not the fastest shipping, but no custom, which is very convinient. Help desk very reliable too.
I ordered some small parts from this company WEEKS ago, and emailing them have just had excuses. I finally contacted Paypal, and saw they got a reply that it would be weeks more, but to be patient. I just escalated this to a claim. I am an honest buyer/seller on EBay with over 500 transactions with a 100% rating, and am honest. I have no use for scam companies like this. Had I not done this, I likely would never have heard from them again. STAY AWAY!

I have purchased more then 30 items from gearbest and received all items within the stated time except one that got lost. I was refunded for that item after 2 months of begging. They have very fast customer service that responds to you right away but either they are a complete bunch of idiots or they have a terrible translater from English to Chinese

Bought the bug2w drone from their website. Opened the item and try, the drone has GPS and will be lock-in-place when hovering, but with flaws designs of the drone, it keeps going up, down and sideways. Contact the customer's service and provide the video clips to prove it, but all they do are denied and pointing the finger back at you and play the blaming game and say everybody fault but never their fault. Be careful and think twice before placing the order with them. If anything happens to your item and your money become a paperweight. Stay away from this company.

I love shopping on gearbest. Tons of items in flash sale and you can find lot of iterresting coupons with large discounts. I am advising very much to try out shopping here. All my orders come relative Quick and without any defect. You can collect points for item reviews photos and videos and use those points to buy more items for cheaper then you expected. Give it a try.

For instance I order 5 phones since last 6 month and I never had any issues.
I ordered twice@ Gearbest. My first order was a mini pc with Windows 10. The shipment was slow, but the product itself is great. The pictures attached show my old and new media pc :) GB was the cheapest I could find (by a mile!) and the machine came completely installed. So great service, great product, slow shipment. I have ordered multiple items from Gearbest. The price was right so I took a risk and have not been too disappointed. The one issue I did have was resolved quickly as they refunded me for a faulty item in a timely manner. I love that so many items are the cheapest you can find them!
I buy from this site all the time. It's always fun because the shipping is free and the prices are great. Occasionally I get a product that doesn't work right, but I simply create a ticket and they are great to send me a new one. The hardest part is waiting for your order to arrive.
Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: Yes Adam, did you pay with PayPal? If Then contact PayPal and claim your money back and stat away from gearbest, they lied to me and now i an trying to get my 100 dollars back. Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
