Last time I purchased Xiaomi Redmi 4. Good quality, the cheapest price I found on the web. The phone was well packed. There was a problem with shipping because of the X-mas time and Black Friday promotions, but I'm fully satisfied indeed.

I see that this site gets its ups and downs from the reviewers here. For me, everything went really smoothly. I was really happy that I could order from a store that has a warehouse in the EU - customs is a pain in the... other cheeks in my country, with a 33% fee usually. My order arrived in a few days (it was a registered package, of course, I always pay for registered if possible). Since trust is a hard-to-gain currency, I've checked the authenticity of everything that I ordered, but both items passed it. Since I didn't need their customer service for anything, I can't say anything about it.
Bought a mobile phone. Charged additional £16 import duty on arrival. Phone was faulty and after much to-ing and fro-ing was sent back at cost of £12. Replacement phone dead on arrival. Customer services now not responding. £130 down with a faulty phone! I cannot believe the positive comments on here and am presuming they are bloggers who are paid to write positive comments

I purchase a product from gearbest.com and the product was defective on arrival. I asked for a exchange and after exchanging multiple messages, which took about 3 weeks, they wanted a video and pictures of the issue. After I sent them the video and pictures, they never responded to me again. I have sent multiple messages after that and still no response after over a month since then. I had opened a dispute with paypal since that was my method of payment. Paypal decided that I need to ship the item back for a refund but the return address is in China. Item was originally shipped to me from California so it was pretty BS for me to ship item to China. Now tracking on USPS shows it's in transit without any further updates, paypal has denied me a refund saying tracking doesn't show delivered. Now I'm out the money I paid, the product, and cost of shipping it to China.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
