I would suggest to avoid any orders on Gearbest. I have quite terrible experience with them and I'm their VIP customer since 2015. I purchased twice SOOCAS X3 - they were even not working more then 1 year. In both cases they offered instead of repair just partial reimbursement. Now I'm dealing with order that hasn't been delivered after more then 80 days since order - I'm being told I have to wait 100 days for reimbursement. This policy is convincing me to cancel my profile on this shop.

After I posted the review, I was contacted by "Janey"@ GearBest. She apologized for all the problems, promised to track the package, and let me know where it was and when it would arrive. She also promised to refund the shipping costs, and add $10 worth of points to be used at their website. She did everything she promised to do.
The mechandise arrived packaged well, everything was there, and the product works exactly as described.

At gearbest ordered action camera amkov. So the process of order and payment very fast and easy. On the next day I receive track number. The delivery to Ukraine passed 13 days. So this is so fast.

So I will estimate Gearbest for next criteria:

Shipping: 5 star - delivery to Ukraine very fast 13 days. Gearbest send me order on the next day.

Product: 5 star - I ordered action camera and they send it to me with full components.

Payment: 4+ star - one minus is that payment receive only buy Paypal, but it is also convenient, because you have protection.

Service: 5 star - For my review about camera I received a lot of points which I may use to pay for order. It very useful.

To sum up, I recommend everybody to order goods in this shop.

Excellent site of electronic products with very affordable offers. Shipments always accurate and at the top. I am a fan of Xiaomi and on November 7,2017 I bought the Xiaomi mijia Car DVR Camera. Gearbest is one of my most favorite Chinese shopping website. Very user friendly website, support is on the excellent level and very fast.
There is huge scale of products, but one of the biggest advantage of the site is support from Gearbest for EU customers. They have many EU warehouses so for the customers from EU the price shown is final with no additional charges. Moreover, very good news is that when ordering from outside eu, Gearbest will compensate all the charges connected.
Great shopping experience. My last order was from EU warehouse, order came to me within 4 days by DHL, with no problems. I could track the order the whole time.
They have also good system of honest customer reviews for every product bought, supplemented by photos and videos. There are also many flash deals and other different discounts coming every week.

Hello! I wanted to share my experience of cooperation with the store gearbest, in the store I buy from 2015. I mainly buy electronics and tools, because there is practically no chance for garybest to run into non-original goods, the store spends serious money in promotion and promotion of the site, on promo actions and bad reputation it obviously does not need to be different from other areas where not the original product is actively encountered.
