I ordered the xiaomi mini router near to 11/11 and, after comparing, when other stores promised a low price for this router that day, Gearbest have better price at a normal day.
Very fast shipment. It was my 3rd order at Gearbest and i will repeat with them!
Since a couple years i am buying from stores over the internet from China.
But most of the time i get 1 good order and after that it goes down.
So recently i did my first buy from Gearbest.
I read they are a bit more expensive and after some research it came down 1 dollar more.
Or even cheaper, so it has to do with what you are buying and the moment you buy it.
Because they almost all the time have sales and discounts.
But heres the kicker, I noticed that the quality of all the items i bought is way better.
So that check every item and probably when it comes in and when it leaves there company.
This is what i presume, not 100% sure but every item is in perfect working order brand-new no scratch on it in original box they contact you before shipping and if you are good with it they ship it you get a picture of the package and VOILA!
You also notice you are a customer and no number.
They take the time to please you and are very friendly.
Gearbest is the best shop for any kind of gadgets. They have many warehouses on almost any continent and they can provide toll and customs free shipping (at least for europian countries).
I've bought many things from gearbest including expensive as for example tablet and everything runs smoothly.

I ordered an item from Gearbest on 08/18/15 it's now 10/06/15 and I still haven't gotten it. They no longer respond to my ticket that I started to find out what's going on. I've submitted a complaint to the BBB and the company hasn't responded to that either - to my knowledge. They do everything to get your money and then they leave you hanging. I will NEVER buy anything from this company again, or any of there affiliates. Most of the good things I see written about them I've a very hard time believing it's true. Beware if you buy anything from them, your just throwing your money away.

My first item buy on gearbest go it after 15 day second items order on 15/09 still not sanding till today 27/10 on the website they say they have the items but after orders they tell you to wait till they receive the item, you can wait forever and asked for refund, they closed the order but no money back on your account

I Ordered 20 lamps led at the cost of 47 euros i sent 48 with western union and after 2 weeks they rise the cost of the lamps and ask me for 2 euros to complete the order after i have sent the money i am very dissapointed they don 't answer to my tickets they are terrible i won't trust them again guys and so you must they are not just bad they are not doing the main thing that a company does. I have been trying for two weeks to return an item that i do not want. Unused and I can not get a response on wear to send it for a refund. Have asked Paypal to intercede.
Paypal helped in resolving the dispute satisfactorily and GearBest did compromise on getting a solution..
Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
