So, it`s a good place to buy, they practice nice prices and normally we have a lot of good discounts on quality products. The shipping is ok, not the best but I live in Brazil so we don`t have good shipping here. The support is very good, they are fast and when I needed something they help me.
These guys are terrible. Don't waste your time. They do a bait and switch offering a deal that they can't actually sell and then fabricate a line that the factory can't fill the order and they are extremely sorry. However, they then give you a credit on your account which can be used to conveniently buy the same thing you originally ordered for twice the price. During this process they also requested payment verification through a photocopy of your drivers license and credit card. I also found they have an "F" rating with the BBB. Terrible... just terrible.
I ordered a Korean style men's coat about 2 months ago for about 30 dollars. I never received the item. When I complained to the company I was told that I would get a refund amounting to 50% of the original amount because I had not purchased shipping insurance?. I do most of my business with Amazon and I have never been required to buy shipping insurance (I have never had issues with not receiving items either). So I was refunded approximately 15 dollars. Later when I left a not so complimentary review and rating I was offered a full refund. I have not seen it yet. They still had the nerve to ask me to revise (in a more favorable way) my previous review and rating after I got the refund
After I wrote a review about "no customer service", they got back to me and gave me great service. I believe that the issue was their website. It was confusing and I could not create a service ticket for a return. They have since contacted me and responded the way an excellent customer should.

I have purchased several items from them and everything has arrived faster than I expected. It usually takes 3-4 weeks for things to get to Spain but I have received items in 2-3 weeks max. I think that Gearbest is the best store online! I have bought 5 times, and always my products came in an excellent condition. The time of shipping and delivering is really fast. And I always want to buy from this shop. It's the best option to buy electronic products and all you can imagine.
I have made 23 orders and always fast delivery and good and fast relationship with support (I never ask anything about products damaged because all are well packaged, I ask just for product information...) sometime the box is a bit damaged. But never anything for the final product!

The good reviews are paid for. I'm pretty sure geaebest.com is a huge Chinese scam operation. I placed an order months ago and still have not received it. When inquired about my parcel they told me it takes months because of a yearlong "festival". Save your time and money and go to Newegg or Amazon. Something I've should've done.

Ordered replacement Mi band 3 chargers and a 32 GB micro SD card from GearBest.
Great prices at 90p and roughly £3 respectively. Beats most other stores in pricing which ship from China. Overall could not be happier - will certainly be back for more.
GB was initially recommended to me by a friend who had bought a number of items from GearBest, again happy with the price, shipping and customer service.
Both items I bought arrived 17 days after purchase despite being untracked (quicker than many other items from China e.g. from AliExpress).
Interactions with customer service have been wholly positive and set a good tone for future interactions.

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
