My experience with GearBest has been 99.9% positive. The only little criticism I do have is, as with many other companies too, the call centre come service hotline. I don't know if it is language barriers or a lack of knowledge but sometimes the response to product related questions insn't exactly satisfying!
Having said that, everything else is just great! Almost always best prices, always great quality and any sales related query is dealt with in a swift and competent manner!
Delivery times are within the "normal" frame of intnl. Shipping and there are always a few options to speed up the process i. E. express delivery for an extra but reasonable fee.
I had some 20 deliveries with about 80 items shipped from GearBest and so far I didn't have to send anything back for a refund or exchange.
I do recommend GearBest as a reliable and trustworthy online store!
I bought on gearbest: knife - Sanrenmu 7010, flashlight - Convoy S2+ and battery charger LiitoKala Lii 100. Everything came to me 2-3 weeks after ordering. Product quality is very good and I am sincerely happy.
You can pay by paypal which is a plus for the store.
I had ordered G1W-C 2.7 dash camera from gearbest on 24/Apr/2015.
Even paid additional 20$ quick delivery, It was promised that product will be delivered to my address in Bangalore, India within 8-10 days.
Even after 3 weeks of ordering I am still waiting for my product to be delivered. Only thing they are good at is replying to tickets raised by the user. Otherwise they are the worst online portal I have ever used.
I have been a regular in Amazon, ebay, snapdeal, flipkart etc. But never had any issues with thsese portals. Regret using Gearbest and spending 70$ on them. They are hopeless.

I've bought several items from this store, from storage bags to laptops! Everything went just fine, with fast deliver, the majority of them in 8 working days. They have lot of promotions and discount coupons, you can even buy things for 0,09e shiping included!

I buyed Xiaomi mi band at Gearbest because here was sale on it product. Next day after payment my order was dispatched from warehouse. Delivery takes about 20 days. Quality is pretty good(it's original product, not fake). So I think that it's trust stroe and will buy more.

I've purchased several times on this store and everything was perfect. Last time I bought a Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 phone (order W**************) and came home in just 10 days, perfectly protected and just as described. Also, you can pay through PayPal. I will be buying there again.
I have ordered a product and after a few weeks i contacted them to be informed that the product was out of stock... It should be their job to inform me that this was happening...
But they told me that they wanted to compensate me by changing the shipping method, so it would arrive faster, when the product was available.
After 20 days contacted them again to be informed that they did not changed the shipping method and since the item was already shipped, they could not do anything... Basically they lied...

I bought my items in Gearbest and I will continue to buy on it. It is my best online shop for me. I receive all my orders like as described and all of them with excellent quality. I'm very happy with GearBest professionalism, because when I have some problem with my orders, they resolved them quickly.
I've been using Gearbest for almost a year now and I have always received great customer service, products are exactly as seen on the site, and have never had any issues. The team is very proactive in the care of customers and the ticketing system is brilliant, with quick response and follow up. I initially started with a low dollar value product (iPhone charger leads@ a $0.75 each) and was a little concerned about delivery time, which was longer than expected. However, after multiple orders ranging from $10 - $100USD at a time, I've become accustomed to the delivery time, understanding that everything I buy is shipped from an overseas provider and am use to a 4 - 6wks delivery. I even used Gearbest for all my children's Christmas presents, ordering well in advance and having everything delivered a couple of weeks prior - if you need it tomorrow, this is not the site, but if your willing to wait, I highly recommend Gearbest and will always use this site over any other when possible.
I've ordered from Gearbest couple of times now and from experience I can say that: if you choose shipping by DHL it will get too you super fast. But delivery by post? God it's a nightmare. I've ordered new e-cig on May 6th from EU warehouse (I'm from Poland) and it was dispatched the same day. Or at least theoretically because today, 10 days after, still did not recieved package and tracking number shows "item data recieved". My guess is that EU warehouse is total bulls**t, the packge goes from China anyway, never from Europe. Last thing, processing time. Their site says 3-5 days. More like 5 for package to be shipped out and additional 7 days for it to actually be delivered to post office.
We bought 3 Mi Band-2 smart watch / heart rate monitor units from Gearbest. After a month or so of use they all failed, with the same issue, the heart rate monitor stopped working. Attempts to reload the software failed to resolve the issues.
Gearbest agreed that the units were defective, but only offered us a derisory $10 as compensation, that's $3.33 per unit, a tiny fraction of the buying price. They refused to exchange them, as we had requested. We're seriously wondering if we were sold fake units, but we'll never know the answer to this.
We've spent many hours with Gearbest on comms, trying to upload videos, sending messages detailing the device faults, only to be finally ripped-off.
We don't believe that they are a reputable company, as all these practically brand new devices failed and they wouldn't replace them.
We certainly wouldn't recommend Gearbest due to their awful customer service and dishonest returns policy.

I've spent close to 400 on Gearbest, with the purchase of 2 Xiaomi smartphones, a Kingston SSD and multiples small items, like keychains, which are almost free. Everything I've received works perfectly. The customer support is also really helpful and fast to respond if you want to change your order or have any questions. The only downside in buying from Gearbest is that just like every other online shopping site, the delivery time can take a while, especially on holidays.
I used often gearbest to buy phones, headsets, gadjet, etc. The prices are much lower competition, support staff is always available and deliveries are fast. My last purchase was a Xiaomi redmi 4 Pro. This product was great, arrived quickly. I highly recommend everyone to use this platform, you will not regret.
Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement.
