I have bought from Gearbest at several occations. Allways great prices. Their special offers section is usually great. The only time I needed customer service they found an acceptable solution for me.
Ordered items last month. They were never dispatched.
Contacted them via their asking about it last week, no reply.
Contacted them requesting a cancelation of order and refund 2 days ago, no reply.
Persueing the case through PayPal now.
Do Gearbest even have staff working there, or is it just one guy writing email advertising from home?
Gearbest is at an infant stage in Asia trying to sell internationally without the professionalism and personal touch most US buyers have come to expect. I ordered two separate orders and I have yet to receive either of them. I bought a Xio Mi fitness tracker that apparently many people have had break writhin 30 days and still don't have it after 32 days. When I looked for it they can't track surface shipments and the customer service is a computer reply. It's like talking to an emotionless computer. The choices if you have a problem are not even all tha t are needed. Customer service is more focused on pre- sale than after sale. Beware. You've had fair warning. Hello! For a long time to order goods online Ali. But one day the comrade advised GiarBest store. I tell you, these guys are the best in the business on. "I already made three orders on gearbest and got my second one just today (W**************). Delivery was relatively fast, considering it's a holiday time. Package was very neat and tidy both times, no cons on that. Even the outside packaging was undamaged after traveling form China to Lithuania and that is quite a trip."

The smart band (Xiaomi mi band 2) from Gearbest.com is awesome! Came nicely wrapped, was in nice transparent film. Box was also intact. Seller shipped the order really fast and I received this item in approximately 15 days. Alarm clock is just wonderful. Now I can get up slowly and I don't need to rush to find my phone ringing. Sleep tracking is quite accurate also. Mi fit app is really good and I don't understand why it has such a low rating in google play... Worst experience ever. Avoid Gearbest at all cost. I ordered X8 Earbud and did not receive it for a month. Their support assured me that it will be shipped very shortly but another month has passed and nothing... The explanation given after 2 months waiting was that it was sold faster than expected LOL.

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
