My experience with Gearbest so far is excellent. A Lot of products with low prices, quick shippment, fast delivery and great customer support. I have bought all kinds of products, from cellphone accesories to bike tools, tv boxes etc...
I highly recommend this shop.

My experience was always positive with GearBest, when I look for Hi-tech gadgets I'm sure to find all I need at the best price, sometimes also with little discounts. The packaging of the products is always excellent as well as shipping and expenses, often included in the purchase, and I'm sure the products always arrive at my house. About my last Purchase I take 2 lcd drawing tablets for the kids, a very fun product that was immediately appreciated because I had already bought one for me.

I don't want to talk about the product I bought as my first purchase on Gearbest.com (even if my Umidigi Z2 Pro Luxury Ceramic is fantastic)... I would like to share everyone my personal purchasing experience with this vendor.
First of all, I appreciate the browsing experience on Gerabest.com website because it is quite simple identify the right product you are searching for... in terms of technical aspects and price.
The order process is really easy and, I have needed some information about the order, the Customer Service support is great and prompt.
I could stay long time describing all the "PROs" of Gearbes.com but... please take a look by yourself and I'm almost sure you will be the next one who will say "My first purchase... Excellent"

I'm very upset about this company. I was looking for a particular item for a Christmas gift. Ordered on 12/11/15 Two days later money was taken from my account as expected. But item has only just shipped today 12/23/15! Are your fricken kidding me! I asked for an update from them several times and all you get is a standardized response. Next time I'll pay the $5.00 more that I found on a different site for the product to ensure it actually gets here in a timely manor. I'm very unhappy right now! This company is quick to take your money but not quick to ship. Ordered on 12/12/15 but it wont arrive until the end of the 1st week of January. WTF

They offer access to otherwise unavailable goods like Xiaomi smartphones, service is really good and is even taking care of customs regulations. For cheaper goods, shipping is sometimes very slow, but hey, its free! Would definitly recommend them.

I bought a Xiaomi note 2 phone from this site in my first transaction. Delivery is relatively fast. Phone is great. Since then, I am more confident and refer to friends. To date, I have placed 7 orders on this site to buy tech and related. All good.

The experience that I have and like from this site is:
I am confident that I will get the original brand product,
I have a tracking number for every shipment,
And the delivery to date is reasonable.

My "new" Teclast phone/tablet arrived sooner than expected. I come to learn, however, that my phone's sim card doesn't fit the tablet's sim port. So until I buy a compatible cell phone, the tablet's phone feature will have to go unused. The tablet has no dings or dents and is sleek, dark and lightweight. But, upon first opening the package the tablet was carefully wrapped in, I immediately took note of numerous faint scratches on the middle right side of the screen surface. I got this tablet on sale at a great price. But, it's condition makes me think it was either pre-owned or has been refurbished. My first and last time buying from Gearbest.

I have placed over 40 orders since 25/09/2015 with Gearbest and overall I'm really satisfied by this seller.
Payment is always made with PayPal and in any case that the product wasn't as advertised or defective a refund was provided by opening a ticket to the support team. It's good to have an unboxing video or photos of your package /item to speed things up.
My last order was a couple usb-c cables

I decided to buy an adapter for SIM card, because the two phones that use different types and found suitable in all respects in this store. Arrange everything and the price and availability. Posted in technical support clarifying the presence and possible date of dispatch. Ticket Service responded quickly enough, then the payment was made by invoice, and the next day sent the goods. Adapter came very quickly, product quality is completely suit me - Simcoe changed without problems and most importantly it works. Everything was up to par. Have made several purchases over the last year, including action cams, cell phones, voice recorders, battery chargers and small diy electronics stuff.

Delivery times are faster than other stores and especially when I order from EU warehouse.

One of my best purchases, was of two Excelvan action cams and a mini cell phone, which arrived in 11 days from order registration and 9 days actual shipping.

Action cams exceeded my expectations, as they were 4k and wifi enabled, came with a load of accessories and each with its own charger, which you dont see often, especially in low price cams.

Customer service was great and responded fast to my questions concerning estimated delivery.

Very happy with my purchase as usual!

I order on Gear best is not the first year and I want to note the quality of the store is improving every year. For all time was purchased from the keychain, pens, cases for phones and ending with a projector and a large set of "smart house" from one obscure manufacturer. Everything always came within up to 1.5 months. It makes sense to make purchases during promotions and discounts. The only negative, for me, is the paid delivery for most orders to Russia. Pros: for reviews get points, which, as a discount, you can pay for the following after the purchase of goods. Payment via Paypal will not be superfluous. A good alternative to Aliexpress (which divorced a huge number of Kidal sellers). In General, I recommend to visit!

Great nice notebook pc. Quick configuration, ssd hard disk technology. Optimal response speed, configuration in iatliano via wfi, windows 10 installed. A PC that does its duty, always good value for money, camera a little poor but the quality of the photos is acceptable.

Great stuff at low prices, kind and responsive customer service. Very good opinion on this site, half of my purchases on-line are on gearbest. Reccomended!

P.s. To all reviewers complaining about stuff not working in their country, wrong size for dresses or return policies: remember that the stuff comes from China so when you buy something you have to ask and specify if the goods can work in your country and look at the comparison size charts. I have bought dresses, adapters and even a 2 in 1 pc and had no problems at all. Once got a DOA item and got refunded after proving the item was faulty, so please don't blame gearbest for your ignorance.

Gearbest is a global site that ships products worldwide.
I am a customer for 2 years now and have purchased multiple items (40+) over this time period.
Usually I buy from the HK warehouse and receive the item in Europe, which takes roughly 2-3 weeks.
What I really like about it is that even tho they are on the other side of the world and sell to millions of people, their logistics just work!
I have never missed a package!
Also, their custumer support is very useful and responds to issues that might happen vey fast.
Ohh, also, their pricing is great compared to local store prices here in Europe.
I really recommend you try out Gearbest.

I order here for about 1 year from now. The way I discovered this website was from a youtube-review by a geek-guy whom I trust and follow in general (don't include his name to avoid any ads). I would say this website is much better done in terms of design and user experience. Perhaps, that's what keeps me coming back to them. Of course, the quality of the products is very good, definitely above average. I have already ordered there the TV-box (Ugoos GT3S), bluetooth headphones, bunch of other accessories and gadgets. Also the customer support is reactive and helpful. I would recommend this shop, especially comparing to many others with whom I had an unfortunate experience.

Gearbest.com is the best Chinese website in my opinion. You're buying things directly from original stores or Gearbest's themselve. It's a good idea to choose the Gearbest to avoid scammers. I've ordered a Bluetooth Headphone and it arrived me(I live in Turkey) like 15 days with Netherlands Registered Post. It was well packaged and i was able to track my package for free. And Gearbest has an unique system which is the "Get It Free" system. You invite your friends to buy that thing, and when you reach a spesific number of invited people, you get that product for free. I highly recommend this website as you can understand :)
