It was my first time ordering online through GearBest.com and I would say it was a very pleasant experience. I learned about the site from a YouTube video which highlights quadcopters.

I ordered 3 items: 2 Cheerson CX-10 quadcopters and 1 pack of propeller blades for Syma X-12. And immediately after my payment I received a confirmation e-mail which I think is nice. Then it did not took long to have my package delivered to my place, only 14 days. The products are in good shape, ready to use, no defects.

I'm already on my way to my second batch of orders.

My favorite shop. Like to shopping there. I can say that gearbest invest lots of money on their workers, so that's why support center and 24/7 Live Chat can respond fast and deal great with some problems. Sometimes items on the site shows as "in stock" but it can be really "out of stock", so it would be better just to ask to LiveChat. I always pay via PayPal, but there is also webmoney, credit card etc. Also they have a newsletter that remind you about new products, sales and other good deals. I'm satisfied with GearBest and continue shopping on it

Very fast shipping to europe, just needs a few days to arrive. The chipping costs are low, even express is cheap. Perfect quality of my products, everything is authentic and manufacturers packaging. When having an issue with yout product, refund is very quick and often you gett full refund by GB without having them in guilty. Thanks!

I'm from Brazil, with GearBest I only had one problem, but I have always been very well attended, respected and very well attended, taking all my doubts. I do not have much to say, since my only problem was an order that was not delivered, but I know it was because of my local post office and not the store. Last time I bought a smartphone fom them and they tested it before shipping, which I liked a lot, because this lower the chances of factory broken product. Also you can choose what Post to use. Payment process is very easy, especially if you pay with paypal. Customer Service respond promply, however because of time zone difference, there is a delay.

I really wanna share my experience with other people because they absolutely need to visit and try Gearbest. I'm really honest with you right now, all my orders arrived fast (25days max) and all items were in good condition, and the best thing is that they're accepting payments with Paypal. I will continue buying from this website, because i know for sure that everything goes well.
Another thing is their Support, they are very kind and professional, i had an issu once with my shipping method but they solved it in less than 2 days & I was satisfied

No word from these people no nothing just complete silence. My order is still processing since 8 days LOL! I was suppose to be here in 7 days as I paid for that but no answer no shipping information no nothing! Horrible! I say horrible! Do not buy from these people your money is just gone move on because your lucky to see any part of your order. I heard from others on their facebook page that if you keep complaining to them on their website thru the complaint they will block you from talking to them and the block you from the site and never ship your product! What the federal government here should block this site! It's fraudulent! You would not believe the horror stories just go on their facebook page.

I have a long time of buying on a Internet shops. And gearbest one of my favorite stores. Irstly because of good stock, and of course different prices.
Secondly, I'm not afraid to get fake or poor quality goods, as gaerbest sells only original products. And that is why I am confident that this product will come to me.
Just want to point out a quick delivery to Ukraine goods come in 2-3 weeks, which is very good.

I've purchased from gearbest a few times now, and frequently visit the site to shop. I've had a good experience each time.
If you are looking at something specific, you can usually bet it will be on sale regularly.
I just purchased a 3d printer that was way cheaper than everywhere else.
If you are searching for something, you don't have to wade through alot of junk like at eBay or Amazon.
The shipping has been fine and the packaging was sufficient.
If I was to nitpick I suppose the biggest improvement they could make would be translation and grammar. But that's definitely not a deal breaker.

In this store has already made about 10 orders - everything has been received, everything is working properly. Very often they are delivered by courier. Usually prices are not the lowest, but very often there are sales, when prices are much lower than in other online stores. From the last received DVR xiaomi mijia car dvr, the delivery took about 2 weeks. Cool stuff.

Bought two items from them, waited a week while they were in, "processing" sent a ticket and founds out they weren't planning on mailing my order until the end of next month because the product they were advertising and selling wasn't even released there yet. Site is a scam

I made sure before ordering my parts there wasn't going to be an expected shipping date. (Like I saw on other items) After submitting my ticket and being told it wasn't going to be shipped until mid December I rechecked and sure enough there was no dispatch expectations. It seems to have been added in now. You guys literally just took my money and expected me to wait nearly a month to get my products. Screw that.

Look through all of the 5-star reviews. Those are one-time fake users. In profiles - only a single review on gearbest.

What a scam!

Now I have my dashcam order in "processing" state for 2 weeks while merchandise was in stock when I placed the order. It is still available online(!) while support replies that no items in stock.

Canceling and never returning back.
