I'm buying from it for more than a year now, i bought several items from the site, and I recommande to anyone the buying experience die to fast shipping, attention and quality! And the best thing is the support team they are always available so kind for the customer on website, livechat, email and also on messenger and give the best solution possible to us. The experience of my purchases on Gearbest

In the store Gearbest.com, I made several orders (WP**************, W**************). In this store there are many ways to pay, everyone will find one that he likes! In addition, you can choose the most acceptable way for delivery of goods (you want to insure-if the goods are more expensive, you want free-if the goods are cheaper). By the way, all my orders came pretty quickly. The description of the goods on the site always corresponds to the description and comes exactly what I ordered. Customer support is very responsive. I'm going to constantly buy on this site.

This company is very dishonest. I ordered a bluedio m3 headphone from them on 11/30/2015 (order #ww**************)I received a shipment 4 weeks later, which contain an m2 headphone which is old generation. The sound quality of the headphone is so poor (no bass at all) that it is probably a copy item not an authentic one. I contacted the company 3 times. The company refuse to send me a correct item and only offer to give me their GB points worth less than half of what i paid to buy their stuff. My purchase is not a big price item, not a big loss to me but this compony need to be exposed. You are at risk to buy from this company. It will take 4 weeks to receive your order. You may get an old or copy item. You will not get your money back

I ordered my phone 3 weeks ago and paid 10 more for fast shipping (3-7 business days from Hong Kong). Every time I contact them I get a new BS answer - first, they asked me twice for my address after sending it right every time; then, they said it was not their responsability because they do not take care of shipping: after that, they offered to refund the whole thing or wait even more, but they don't answer me why they didn't even ship it yet and they don't refund me the 10 I paid more for fast (a joke, surely) shipping.

Dissatisfied

Ordered a drone at the end of November... still no sign of it. I have a bunch of useless tracking and ticket numbers, zero response from the company and thus zero Christmas pressie. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST GEARBEST.COM. All I received was disappointment. I don't want this to happen to anyone else.

Perfect Store

I bought a lot of times on Gearbest and i never had problems!
I used free shipping, Italy Express and the items arrived in 1 month (Free Shipping) or 10 work days (Italy Express) and i never paied shipping fees. I pay every time with Paypal and everything work fine!
Last time i bought a neck pillow and it's perfect, very comfortable and really good!
I found best price on internet for technologies, devices, smartphones and other!
I really recommend Gearbest!

Awful customer service

I received the item i ordered, as all was well, until not long down the line, the battery started swelling.
I looked online for a replacement battery to buy, which I couldnt find, so contacted gearbest customer service.
AWFUL
It took a long time to get them to understand the issue. Once they did they told me a new battery was on its way... it never was - that was a lie.
Turns out they wouldnt send a replacement, i either send back the phone to be 'repaired', or have a small refund of instore credit.
I cant send the battery back to China as its unsafe, and why should i trust them to 'repair' it? And why would i want a little instore credit? Either way is going to cost me money - to repair or buy new...
Months of messaging back an forth, to get absolutely no where.

First of all I ordered a watch. Its Curren 8250. The box of watch is very good. Shipment and quality of the watch is good too. It performance is good if you contrast with the price of it. I offer you to buy this watch if you have red clothes. I think this watch is small but when I open the box it is biggwr than I think. I love this watch.

I live in Spain, and i usually buy products from China. I bought in the past using differents webs and always it failed on shipping time and customer service. A friend told me about Gearbest and i registered on it and did my first purchase... And it came to my hose very fast! I live on Spain, and the products bought in Gearbest arrive to my home in halft time compared with others China sites. Also, Gearbest´s customer service is fantastic, really fast and always give me a good solution. Im very happy with Gearbest :)

After 67 days waiting my Xiaomi Hoverboard (500) I received a Xiaomi scooter (300). I decided to keep it and asked of a refund for the price diference. Six days later I am still waiting. How much longer will I have to wait? - After 2 months more I received the difference of Price as a refund. Still not happy but they finally pay.

I had placed an order over a week ago with gearbest.com and paid via PayPal. I received a receipt from PayPal, but no order confirmation email with an order number from GearBest, no updates, no shipment or tracking information. I'm in limbo.

As if that weren't enough, I have called 3 times on the number listed on their Facebook page and left two voicemails. I have asked for a ticket update on their site. I have sent two messages on their Facebook page with a screenshot of my PayPal payment asking them nicely to call or email me back. I still haven't gotten the courtesy of an email or phone call back after all that I have done and have been waiting for some form of communication for over 11 days.

In no way, shape or form do I recommend shopping on gearbest.com. Their level of professionalism is lower than low and their communication is less than lacking.

To this day, I have no clue what the status is on my order and I am hoping to receive my product in time for the holidays.
