I buy a Cloupor mini 30Watt and the device was broken after 2 weeks. I contact Gearbest Customer Services and they asked me for some details and picture. I was surprise, I received a new one 3 weeks later. Thanks Gearbest I recommend this store. Great site to buy on.

I had bought a phone that I had second thoughts about and I've decided to exchange that phone for another phone. I've been told to wait a week for the phone to get to them, but after 2 weeks and 4 days have passed, I haven't heard anything from support since regardless of me sending a message out. After, I went to the Live Chat and I was told that the representative couldn't help me, but they'd put my ticket on "top priority." This was two days ago, and since then, I still haven't gotten a response as of now.

I don't know. I kinda feel unimportant or ignored...

Edit: As of this edit, I am in the process of getting a full refund. The wait was a bit heavy (possibly due to the holiday), but I commend GearBest for owning up to their mistake. Will I still shop with them? Yes. Will I hold this against them? Yes, but mishaps exist.

I just hope things will be better in my future endeavors with GearBest.

I've buyed several items from gearbest and i've never had a problem. All the item have been shiped in the estimeted time and when I needed to have information, they answered me in a short time. The packaging was always adequate for the product they contained without the risk that the product could be damaged during shipment. The ability to pay with paypal makes payment secure and immediate. I ordered a Valentine's gift for my wife on February 2nd. The site said I would have the gift in 8-15 business days, so I wasn't expecting to get it by the 14th, but it is now March 2nd and it still hasn't even been shipped yet. I have been back and forth with customer service and finally found out that they lost that vendor and were in the process of finding another. The problem is that I have had.no communication from them about this unless I reach out. I said that I needed to be contacted by a supervisor within 24 hours because I wanted something from my troubles at this point. It has now been 72 hours and still no communication from the site or a supervisor. I have now asked for a refund. I would think twice before using this site.

I particularly browse their site when I'm looking to purchase tech items and accessories as they have such a wide range, usually at lower prices than equivalent products on other online sites.

My most recent purchase was a couple of Anime display figurines (Order# **************750) bought at a special 'email only' price and I could not be happier with the quality and size of the items which now are on display in my office.

I've never had any issues with GearBest. Items have always been delivered within the approximated time frame. Smaller items are sometimes a little under protected, relying on the product packaging itself for protection during shipping, but otherwise, nothing has arrived damaged or required a replacement item.
