Order sent quickly, well packaged. Delivery to my country about a week. The goods came well packaged in the factory film without damage. I recommend the store.
I ordered two hoodies for Christmas, $15. Each. I then recieved a email from DJL that o would have to pay over $40. In boarder fees and taxes. I refused the order and now Gearbest says they will still charge the fees and keep the hoodies. Folks they hate us and ate taking advantage of email clients. Customer service can't even communicate in English. Don't do it, go some where else. On another blog they have been caught scamming blogs with Great Service messages. Buyer beware.

I have been shopping on GearBest for 2 years. This online store took my fance because its promotions were very exciting and also discount policy was good. You can save on this site using points which you receive for shopping, though you get even more discount even on promotional goods.
First thing i ordered was phone Meizu MX4, which i use till today, it cracked 2 times and both time i replaced screen and all functions work properly.
You can hear many dissapointing reviews about bad delivery. I can assure that those problems concern many retailers and even if i did not get my goods which occured only a couple of times (50+orders) Gearbest offered great offers including resending goods, adding points with greater value than price of the goods or even full refund.
I recommend this retailer to all new members!

Overall experience with GearBest is rather good. Ordered a pair of bluetooth earbuds "go, comma i7S TWS". The item arrived in projected timeframe and turned out to be of poor quality.
The issues were: less than an hour playback time at fully charged earbud batteries (contrary to 3-4 hours promised in manual); constant and sudden disconnections from a BT device.
The GearBest Support however did a great job in resolving the matter and refunding the items' price.
I live in Ukraine, I regularly make purchases on various Internet sites. Most often I buy goods for personal use, but sometimes ask them to help them order. I concluded that there is nothing better than this store! The lowest price of goods, excellent customer support, very fast delivery. Service at altitude. In addition, as a payment is used pipel, then all payments are insured. I also want to note that all purchases in this store are perfectly packaged and each, even the smallest purchase, has a tracking number. My last purchase is Teclast H10. I have very little money, I received an excellent smart bracelet that provides many functions (pedometer, clock, alarm clock, message reading and much more). In general, all the consoles shop Girbest!
I ordered 3 items at the same time (mi powerbank, each g2100 stereo headphones and mini table vise). They were all put together and shipped out quickly after the payment was made. These items came in around 15 work days which is rather quickly, given my destination country (it usually takes much more to arrive). All three items were well packaged and securred with bubble-wrap. The packaging and the contents of the shipment was intact and in perfect working condition. I am very happy with the quality, speed and tech support of the delivery, as well as free shipping number via Netherlands POST mail-in service (some other sites require additional fee for the tracking number). I am sure to buy more tech gadgets from this reseller in the nearest future.
I bought two weeks ago a paír of xiaomi sneakers (order number: WP**************) which where supposed to arrive in 10-15 business days.
Two weeks later I check on the webpage and they haven't even send them yet.
I write a message asking what's the problem and by answer I receive a machine written message telling me that either I can wait for one more month for them to send it or change the order for another model. And that's it, not even an apology or explanation for what's the problem.
My thought to this is that they sell a lot of things they don't have in stock, specially in the flash offers ( is not the first time that happens to me) and later on, when you get tired of waiting they ask you to change it for something else.
I both several items (2 smartphone blackview, a bag kaukko and a tablet with keyboard voyo)
Everything was OK. Price, shipment, seller answers and product quality/correspondence.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better
