Talking about the gearbest, I cannot imagine my life without this company, they have any type of stuff, they have a great deals on items, the website is so easy to use and the support is so fast compared to other online shopping websites. If something bad happens, you don't get your items delivered they refund you full price or even try to make what is better for the customer. They do everything for the customer! I have been using gearbest 5 years and over 100 items bought there was no issue at all. Gearbest loves you! The only one I love to buy at! Gearbest 10/10!

I follow xiaomi production. I was expecting the output of the smart speaker. I bought it in preview on gearbest, at a great price. The package arrived in less than 10 days, I did not even pay the shipment. If you want to buy from China Gearbest is the top!

I've seen some bad reviews for gearbest in sitejabber, but my orders are all coming through nicely.

Last one was a Xiaomi Yi Camera that was shipped immediately from a european warehouse, and i received it just 5 days later.

With more than 20 order, i had a non-show with one of them, and after contacting the, i got a full refund a few days later.

Delivery to my country (Ukraine) is relatively fast - 14-25 days, but sometimes 10 days, so the delivery is super. When you pay for the goods, you can reduce its price by applying points. Points can be obtained for purchased goods, reviews of goods, you can also receive points in the application. The support service works well, responds within 20-24 hours, but I would like to answer a bit faster. GB is a great online buying platform, somewhat better than Ali. GearBest's Team is full of honest and good people. Conclusion: I am satisfied with absolutely everything and recommend to use it.

Worst experience! Purchased an item from them. Placed order, even bought the "expedited shipping" for 7 business days as suggested, otherwise the shipping would take over a month. But after the estimated time, the item was not even packed. So I contacted them, they said it is out of stock. What the heck? You don't even notify your customer after the payment for expedited shipping? Because that was when you were supposed to pack and ship! Customers' time and money were wasted, but there is no compensation!

There are so many nice words about gearbest.com, and can confirm that it is the best place to buy so far. Great prices, great customer support, and delivery was faster than I was expected. Never had any kind of problem with purchased products.

I have now placed three orders with GearBest and i had yet to have a problem with shipping.

Any time I had a question regarding my order, it was quickly answered, as the support of customer service is excellent.

The product is a good price, if you can wait the 20 to 30 days for shipping. But it is much cheaper than anything you can find here in Canada.

I've bought a few items from Gearbest this past few weeks. All of them arrived shortly thereafter, and I am very satisfied with their quality, as well as the speed of their delivery.
Contact with Gearbest support team was great. In my experience, Gearbest is the best online shopping platform. There are several warehouses in Europe and United States.
Often there are really good sales, where it's possible to buy items at a very low price, and free shipping is offered. It's a store that really cares about it's clients.

I've been doing shopping on Gearbest since at least November 2016. I've bought a lot of stuff from there, and all the items have arrived mostly on time. On this particular one, the Xiaomi Mi Band 2, I got not only a great deal through coupons that they regularly make available, but I also got the unit in record time without choosing explicitly the fastest shipping method. First. Let's start with website and shopping experience. They have better website then their competitors, site's easy to navigate, find products and deals. As much as I can see in this 2 years, they always improve their application and website.
Second, they have very good and friendly customer support. I can not remember any issue that was not solved during a business.
Third: prices. Prices are always low, there are many flash sales and discounts also.
Fourth. Very good products and warranty. I had zero issues with products purchased at gearbest.
Fifth. Shipping options and speed. Shipping speed is extremely fast. I like that they have dhl and expedited shipping options for affordable price!

Among many websites that I have used for shopping, I must admit that Gearbest is the best so far. This an honest review based on my own experience. First the website is safe for financial transaction, so no fear that your paying details might get stolen, there are many stores in the website offering a variety of products and I have grabbed some clothes, phones and other stuff over the time. The website offer different methods of shipping with reasonable prices, and on top of that the insurance system. For every valuable item I buy, I pay a small extra insurance fee which guarantees that I can get a refund easily or send me another brand new item in case of package loss or damage, knowing that all the item I have bought from them arrived safely. This might not be important for many but for me, I'd like to have extra guarantees for what I purchase. Briefly, this website is totally worth it, so shop with confidence here.

DO NOT BUY FROM GEARBEST. I bought a pair of earbuds and never received them. I have messaged seller several times and they won't refund my money. I reached out to Gearbest for help and they refuse to help me. Now they won't even message me back. I want a refund. RIP OFF!
