I placed my first order in Gearbest shop in October. Since this time I've bought there 5 or 6 things eg. Soocas toothbrushes, spare brushes, Roidmi bluetooth transmitter, Xiaomi wifi repeater or Nitecore flashlight. Only in one case there were some problems with long awating time to send goods, but support was in touch with me. Postal operator refused to send goods, but Gearbest resend it in other way. It was a bit long, but toothbrush which I collected is really good, so i'm really happy despite of these little problems. Just use your Paypal account and have fun. If there are any difficulties, often it's caused by postal operators and their long time of handling - Gearbest have nothing to that!
I have more than 100 orders from Gearbest. They always send the products quickly. Support is number one, if something does not arrive they send it again with free tracking or give full refund. I REALLY RECOMMEND TO EVERYBODY!
I haven't had a single issue when ordering from gearbest. Everything came in the timeframe they set, nothing was missing or damaged. The prices are very good and they have free shipping.
GearBest has very competitive pricing, even without all their promotions. When you add deals and coupons on top, their prices are practically unbeatable for anyone on a hunt for Chinese gadgets.

I regret having written a positive review earlier. I did purchase 3 watches, ut these 2 purchases have been hell. I feel cheated. Both orders arrived BROKEN TO PIECES (PACKAGE INTACT, SO THE PRODUCT WAS "AS IS" FROM ORIGIN) I was offered a refund, but only refunded the money portion, not the 33% I paid with my GB points. As to the 2nd watch, the same, lost 33% and decided NOT to go ahead with refund, but to send me another watch... SURPRISE! OUT OF STOCK. Chose a different one (cheaper of course)... It is lost in package delivery, over 45 days since last tracking and now gearbest tells me I have to wait 3 months! ITS A JOKE.
Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: Yes Adam, did you pay with PayPal? If Then contact PayPal and claim your money back and stat away from gearbest, they lied to me and now i an trying to get my 100 dollars back. Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
