The perfect way to buy chinese

I'm an old customer of Gearbest, as it offers good products at a very accessible price, directly from China.
The quality of the items is high, they sell some of the best brand you can get from China, as Xiaomi is.
With my last order, I have purchased a Xiaomi Philips WiFi connected light to fit on my bedside lamp. This is the second lamp of the same type I have ordered, and the item is very well made and easy to connect to the WiFi.
The order has been shipped with a tracking number, so it was possible to check its status online. It was delivered in 3-4 weeks from China to Italy, and no custom duty was needed.
I can assure you that Gearbest is the best shop where you can buy from!

I have made a number of purchases on Gearbest and I've had great experiences. Bought some great tech and spent so little compared to big name brands. I spend hours every week looking at their website and could spend my whole paycheck there if i didn't stop myself lol. Amongst other things, I've bought 2 phones and 2 great bluetooth speakers and would encourage anyone who loves a bargain to try them out.

I placed my order on 29 Sept 2017. Shipment was delayed with one week but it was advertised on the web site. Tablet was safely packed and well preserved. Arrived in short time. All good with shopping at GearBest.

Good store, good service.

I've done some shopping at Gearbest. Most of the time, I bought electronics. I've always had my doubts answered. It should be taken into consideration that this is a Chinese shop. Therefore, employees do not dominate the language (just like me). That might be a little bit of a mess. However, it does not compromise the experience.
Delivery varies depending on your location. Most of the problems I had were related to the postal service. The store fulfilled her share.

I was introduced to Gearbest a really long time ago, and back then I was rather skeptical. But now? I have pretty much familiarized myself with the website, and I must say, it is impressive.

It definitely made a name for itself. Offering quick shipping, great customer support and an endless variety of products!

First time I bought Android TV box from Gearbest and Experience is awesome. Their support Service is great. If you want to buy from India then don't hesitate to buy from Gearbest. They have priority line service through which you will receive your order within 10-12 days approximately. This website has plenty of payment option.

While I regularly shop with Amazon, GearBest's price for the product was a bit lower so I took a chance. The process was smooth and my cordless vacuum arrived in Canada (from China) very quickly considering the distance. My only complaint is that an import duty was charged and this was not disclosed at the time of purchase. The added cost was minimal and their customer service team offered to offset this charge once the issue was brought to their attention. I would order from GearBest again.

Gearbest has a wide variety of good quality, reasonably priced merchandise. Their customer service is superb; it is truly a pleasure dealing with this store. On the rare occasion that I have a problem, it is solved quickly by their polite and professional Customer Services Representatives and they also give back to their customers through their point system. My purchases take a little longer to be delivered because I live on the other side of the world but I know I will always receive them. I trust Gearbest, have never had a negative experience with them and do not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.

I ordered 2 gadgets and after 30 days only 1 of them was delivered. So I decided to wait another 30 days hoping it will arrive too, but it never came. I complained to gearbest, they told me it's not their fault, shipping company probably lost it, and I can buy a replacement with 50% discount!

Also few months ago I bought a phone on a flash sale which was in stock at the time, but had to wait for it for 50 days! By the time I was waiting a new model came out.

Very disappointed with gearbest, not going back to them ever again.

Gearbest is most reliable virtual store online.If u are buying any product from them be assured your product will arrive in the given timeframe and safely. They are really quick in shipping the orders. Their customer service is really interactive. They are always ready to resolve your problem as soon as possible. I am saying these words by my personal experience. I bought mi band 3 from them and it arrived in given shipping time and was safely handled to me. Their packaging was also good. Whenever i had some query regarding my order their service team helped me a lot.

Best shop ever

I have been shopping for four years on Gearbest.
When I need something of quality, cheap, I go on Gearbest.

You'll find most of the stuff you're looking on "Amazon" but cheap, with better quality. If you don't mind the wait a couple days.

When I combine my orders I prefer it to use express shipping.

Every year I buy a smartphone from gearbest.

Their are cheap, great quality, well packed.

Excellent customer service/support
I used to pay via credit card and PayPal.
For payment it now even support Google pay

Just the worse experience ever!

Made an order, paid for it then got told some items were out of stock. Had to chose something else as they won't give me the money back.

Then the order never arrived. I requested my money back AU$163.46 and nothing.
So I ended up without the money and the order.

Please boycott them! There are lots of good websites around there, find a good one. This one isn't at all.

I'm a regular GearBest customer, I use to make my online shopping in another place, but since I shop in GearBest, more then a year ago, I will simply not change to another online shop.
Products are well package, ship time is not so bad. Normally doesn't stop on Local Country Customs.
There are a lot of good opportunities, and you always find what you are looking for.
Site Support works really good. No complains at all.

Purchased a smart watch - stopped working after 2 weeks. Contacted customer support and was given 3 worthless options: 1.) Ship back to China at my own expense ($30 - $50) 2.) Get a 50% credit to purchase something else on their site 3.) Pay 50% of the purchase price and they will ship me another one.

I have bought several items from this website. Tech gadgets, clothing and accessories and even more.

My experience was always good, with quick customer support, fast shipping and also an easy-to-use website.

The items I have bought (Xiaomi Yi Camera, Xiaomi clothing and other tech gadgets) arrived in less than 2 weeks and arrived in perfect condition and was quite a good deal. Tracking is also always provided. Items were also as described on the website and should you have any questions one of the customer support agents will answer 24/7.

Another pro is that this website accepts PayPal, something which many China-based websites do not have.

GearBest also gives customers GB points according to money spent on orders, reviews on their products and more. You can use the GB points to purchase real items.

Unlike other websites, GearBest offer high quality products with warranty and they also accept returns.

I found their site, was pretty excited due to the low prices and broad range of products. I read a bunch of poor reviews but decided to try for myself. I was going to buy some expensive gear but then thought I would test them out with smaller much cheaper novelty products first before forking over a bigger paycheck. Im glad I tested!

Off to a smooth start, order shipped within 2 days. Sweet.

Then a few weeks went by.

My order was only $25.00 and I assume its gone forever. I followed up with their company, they responded its on its way... Weeks later, followed up again. Again they said its on its way. Finally I was told its not their responsibility anymore.

My recommendation. Stay away. If you must try them out like I did don't order anything expensive.

If the product ever shows up I will edit this review.

My last purchases was before all this pandemic so my experience might not reflect current situation.
I did not get my both last purchases, but as I paid with PayPal and paid for shipping insurance I got all my money back including insurance.
Overall this is OK site, not the best out there, but good. Prices are decent if You can get some points for discount.
PayPal is most preferred way to pay.
Only thing, You have to be ready in case of any problems to deal with support. To Your first 4-5 messages You most likely will get template answers which won't help you, but You will have to keep trying. As last "straw" mention "PayPal dispute". This argument will help You 99 % times to get their attention and proper solution."

The price of gearbest for this product is cheaper than in other places (1 or 2 dollars difference), but although the difference may be very small, in my point of view, gearbest has better quality both in shipping and in products already That the product only takes about 22 days to arrive, in addition to that the clock works very well, the features are very precise has bluetooth 4.0, heart rate sensor, motion sensor, sleep monitor, shows you all your messages and notifications, Alarm clock, different themes of view for the clock, and what I like most is the ability to change songs and raise or lower volume without needing to remove my cell phone, certainly a very good team although personally I did not like it The charging mode is via the micro usb input but only that. Without doubt I am very satisfied with both the watch and the service that gearbest offers in its sales.
