I have been buying from gearbest for years now and have always felt good.
I had some small problems, such as sometimes slightly slow shipments (only at the beginning) and need assistance, but contacting them have always solved everything. Now it is really very rare that problems happen.
As for the warranty there is an excellent replacement / repair service, I say this from personal experience. (I sent two mobile phones for repair)
In conclusion for me GearBest is one of the best sites for online shopping, great service and fast shipping. Most recommended
I received my package on 18 May. The product arrived in good order and I am happy with my purchase.
The communication regarding problems with my original shipping address was very poor though - If support had been clearer on what the exact problem was, then we could have resolved the issue much faster.
Gearbest also refunded me $29.86 as compensation for the delay.
Overall I am satisfied.
I ordered an item more than three weeks ago and paid extra for express shipping and insurance. Gearbest have still not shipped out my order.
They say there is a problem with my delivery address and I need to confirm it in a specific format. I have done so four times now, and the last time I gave them an alternative address.
Today I wrote a letter to Gearbest. This is the contents of the first page of that letter:

Gearbest also promise to resolve any specific issues (this was a lie). 2017-04-23 Gearbest respond once more by confirming that the address has been updated and also promise to ship in 1-2 business days (this was a lie).
2017-04-26 4th Ticket Gearbest AGAIN request address confirmation.
2017-04-26 My response AGAIN confirming my delivery address Note: City is Midrand / Zip code is 1685.
2017-04-27 I suggest to perhaps ship to my home address as an alternative Note: City is Pretoria / Zip code is 0185.
2017-04-30 I demand that my order be shipped.
2017-05-01 Gearbest respond that my order is ready for shipment and it will be shipped in 1-2 business days (another lie).
2017-05-02 Gearbest report that city and zip code in my delivery address dont work on DHLs website.
2017-05-02 I respond by demonstrating that city and zip code in my delivery address DOES work on DHLs website.
2017-05-03 Gearbest report that I originally indicated the city and zip code incorrectly as Pretoria and 1685 (another lie). Gearbest also report that my order will be shipped in 1-2 business days.
Proof of this communications history is provided on the following pages in this letter.
This has been an extremely frustrating shopping experience. I will now proceed broadcasting the details of this experience on every social media platform and review website I have access to. I will make sure that as many people as possible are made aware of the poor service Gearbest provides.
I have ordered many things from gearbest and 3 of them (air purifier, smart watch and already arrived to me. I can say that I am really happy with the quality of products. I acknowledge that the shipment is not the most quick one, however, it is better to know that everything is coming from China to Europe, so not unusual thing. I have been trying to process an order today and pay for it, however, it is telling me you don't ship to Ireland or the United Kingdom. I find this extremely worrying as I paid for another order two days ago to be delivered to Ireland. What is the situation? I also appreciate that you are able to choose between several shipping providers to suit your preference. The mail may be a bit slow sometimes (on the cheapest alternatives) but it always get there.

I love Gearbest, they have mostly everything i'm looking for for way better price than anywhere else and always give very reasonably priced shipping upgrade so I can get my order in 10-12 working in Canada, which is way better than most company shipping from the same location. They also have a loyalty program which always appreciated, who doesn't want to save more? I've never had to open any ticket for any of my order and I've been buying from them for about 3 to 4 years. I mostly order product on flash sale which is a great way to save more, often 30-40% discount.

The bulb is great. Very, very polished application for its operation, brightness is acceptable, changing colors or white temperature works quickly and smoothly, the ability to save predefined settings.
Regarding the store- i have been buying there for a few years, and I have not been disappointed yet. Products always as described, great customer support. I especially like coupons and promotional codes that lower the price, useful not only for expensive purchases, but also for small, cheap ones. In the store there is also the possibility of collecting points (for shopping, review, logging into a mobile application), which we can use to lower the price of future purchases. A little long waiting time for shipping, but of course it does not depend on the store.
Purchased two robotic vacuums and one did not function out of the box. Emailed 7 times and have gotten no reply. I've asked for a replacement or refund but the company won't reply. I've ordered from the company prior and never had an issue. This has been going on over a month.
I will never order from them again and would encourage others to do the same.

GearBest Customer Service is really bad. They don't help you at all. Printer was lost in shipping from China and I have located myself. They don't adjust prices. All of them gave me the same answers. Like a robots.
Price varies a lot. One day you can get it for $442, and next day is $50 less. BE CAREFUL this might be a scammer.

The product itself is very good, as advertised, and arrived well packaged.
In general Gearbest is better value for money than most other sites.
The delivery usually takes 2-3 weeks, although this is slower than I would like but it is within the advertised timescales and it is free. I haven't tried the paid faster delivery option.

Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
