I used to shopping with only in ebay but one day i thought to try with gearbest because there re lot of cheep items i saw, so i bought one item, item is good as they re describes till now i am shopping with gearbest so far they wont let me down they re custom care is perfect and i am 100% satisfied with gearbest.
I have multiple experiences with Gearbest, i have order multiple times from gearbest. Cables, toys and other stuff, i was very satisfied with the shipment, product quality and customer services is at high level.
Highly recommend. They have very often promotions and i have bought many times one of those products which i have monitored for couple of days.
Do not order from gearbest. I ordered a cell phone and when i realized I ordered the wrong one I sent it back. Gearbest then said after two months that it didn't receive it. However they said they would issue me a $50usd refund even though I paid over $200cad for the phone. When I said ok to accept the $50usd they then changed their minds and said they would instead give me 200 points which is equivalent to $1 usd. This is their way of showing how much they care about retaining customers. What a joke. Do not buy from these guys.

The price is normal and the waiting period is extremely long, 50 days has passed and they cannot track my registered mail from the first day. Even when you purchase the item, it shows 25 days maximum in the website, they would not take your seriously until 62 days has passed. I asked them why, and they said it is their rule, take it or leave it. Especially the customer service officer Arlene, she seems my concern is actually a bother. THEY WOULD NOT TAKE ANY ACTION before 62 days. Dude, if you would like to purchase something from their website, make sure you would not use it in 3 months. I write this because it is my second time to have difficulties with the delivery. What frustrated me is the customer service, Arlene never gives you a $#*!, no respect.

Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
