I am buying from Gearbest the last 2 years. I have bought many products such as laptops, smartphones and other smaller purchases.
Gearbest is a very good shop with many offers all over the year. Customer service personel is always there if you want to ask something and to handle issues if something goes wrong.
Overall very good store!
This was my first order on GearBest (Nov 2016). It went very well. Delivery within the timeframe, well packaged, working well. The product is quite good (still works today) and meets the specifications. I recommend the store and the product.
I ordered 3 replacement tanks for my billow v2, complained about the shipping taking too long twice before the were sent (which didnt happen until 3 months after i put in the order, and i was given 10-45 day shipping), and after waiting 4 months for my order to arrive, i only have 2 of the 3 tanks i paid for. Never again will i deal with this business.
UPDATE: They have contacted me and completed my order, I am still waiting for the package to arrive but I trust that this time i will receive it. Gearbest has redeemed themselves in my eyes as a reputable site that won't try to take your money

I've been doing shopping in this store for several months. All parcels arrived, usually within a maximum of 30 days (exception is the holiday period, where it took a bit longerr). Due to the favorable prices and frequently published codes of promotions, this is my favorite store. Gearberst is always the first store where i'm looking for any goods
They have products at the lowest price, at other stores we found even over doubles as the price, the same products, the delivery was ok, the customer service is excellent, they have a lot of discounts. I have no bad words about them, but just words of good. I highly recommend this store!

This is a review for the website of Gearbest.
I ordered some products from the website on 4/28/20. The estimated time to ship the product was about 1 month. I ordered the products but I did not receive the products. After over 1 month had passed I began having contact with the seller to ask about a status update.
The seller was patient, responsive and respectful with me. The seller said he shipped the order. He gave me the tracking number. My local shipping carrier identified that the tracking number was valid but they didn't receive the package. The seller offered me a refund. The seller and I were able to come to a mutual conclusion.
The support staff on the website was able to work with the seller to help me with the refund. The support staff was helpful, friend and provided communication in a timely manner. Although I didn't receive the product, the customer service was excellent and so I would be happy to use the website again.

I am very pleased with my leisure shopping. It is really much more affordable than many similar competitors. If you look at it as a cargo, the cargo is very fast and successful. Thanks to special coupons and discounts, you get the chance to get more affordable products. I would definitely recommend shopping and I would definitely recommend it. Gearbest is indispensable.
I ordered a Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 from GearBest. To ensure I didnt pay additional import tax I selected their EU warehouse as the source of my order. Orders originating from China may be subject to an additional charge at customs so please be aware of this.
The process was very clear and easy to understand. I found the other customer reviews and videos posted on the site to be particularly useful in making my choice.
I ordered on a Friday and noticed that the order status still said processing 2 days later. I contacted GearBest and received a very quick reply saying that my order was progressing well. In fact my order arrived quicker than I had expected which was a pleasant surprise.
I have since recommended GearBest to other friends who have had similarly positive experiences.
Ordered in stock item on nov 4th and payed extra for 1 week delivery from an European warehouse. Received a tracking number on nov 5th that turned out to false. No info up until now.
Contacted Gearbest on nov 17th and was told the item was shipped. On nov 19th they asked me to wait for a few more days. Didn t here from them again.
So i have cancelled my order and filed a PayPal claim.

Gearbest is the best shop in the world! This store is the best support will always answer any question! Orders are delivered very quickly! Very low prices! Didn't see a single store where prices are lower than on Gearbest! I am very happy with this store, he's never let me down!
Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: Yes Adam, did you pay with PayPal? If Then contact PayPal and claim your money back and stat away from gearbest, they lied to me and now i an trying to get my 100 dollars back. There is a reason that they are NOT on eBay... So my advice to everyone is to stay far away from this socalled Company... No mail, no adress, no phone?

Answer: You can try the Better Business Bureau like I did however they never responded to them either, they did respond to the tickets I opened up on their site but the replies weren't of much use and not very helpful.

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile. Hope this gives you an idea what the company is like. Run run run a mile mate.
