All the items i have request via gearbest it has been just a great experience, ever since i pay for the item i know the item's locations, i really like the service, items have great quality, shipping is juest fast, i will continue buying from gearbest.
I buy a product from them and wrote a 1 star review. They never published it! I wrote to them and they say they dont pick all reviews and the choice is made by random ( yes yes...). I insisted they put my review but they never did. I put 2 stars here because they refund me my purchase.
Update: I downgrade my review to 1 star. When they saw this review, they gave me 10 $. I dont want money, I want my honest review about what I purchased to be on the product page!
Come fast enough. It was packed in a box that was packed even in a larger huge box... For four small batteries somehow too much with the packaging. Two charged, inserted into the multimeter, work perfectly. By the way, were already precharged to 1.3 v. Thanks gearbest!
Placed an order for numerous items. I got half the items. I submitted a ticket and their response was we are out of those items. No attempt on their part to contact me to let me know the items were out of stock. After submitting the ticket they have offered to let me pick from items on their site,,,, the items they are out of stock on are still listed on the site as in stock. 0. o This will be the only time I purchase from them.

I'll tell you a little more details, I used to always order for Alyexpress, but after they introduced a paid shipping hrybkf try to order at this store. Delivery to Russia about 1 month for free delivery, excellent centralized support, answers all my questions! I recommend unequivocally!
I bought much items on gearbest. And they are really nice quality and cheap. And when u review ur ordey gearbest giving you GB points. I did bought wrong item and i write on ticket. It was %100 my bad but they solved it nice. Shipping really fast then other sites. I live in Turkey. Here shipping time 1-2 weeks in.

GearBest website is very unique, it has good products with fast shipping, also multiple payment options, payment by PayPal is available and this is my favorite, with a points system that gives me more discounts makes it better.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: Yes Adam, did you pay with PayPal? If Then contact PayPal and claim your money back and stat away from gearbest, they lied to me and now i an trying to get my 100 dollars back. Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
