Delivery to Belarus is a very quick. Also I like a full description and correct specifications for tech products at their site and also faq with possibility to ask questions to support. I've ordered a mi band on Gearbest.com because they had the best price and seemed to be reliable. The fact that shipping is free is something I really appreciate. The order of the band was simple, especially because I was able to pay with paypal. Of course the shipping time for the free shipping is very long, but that wasn't a Problem for me. If you want to you can always chose a faster shipping method. The band was in is original package and worked perfect.
I'm very happy with Gearbest.com and happy that I found the website. Looking forward to order there again!

I ordered two items and they did not arrive. I contacted GearBest and got no response. Then I contacted paypal and opened a ticket to get a refund. I also contacted GearBest again to state that I have requested a refund.
I finally got a response from GearBest stating that they can't refund me while I have the paypal ticket open, so I need to cancel that and THEN they will refund me. I cancelled the paypal ticket. Contacted them again and requested a refund straight away. Did not hear back. I contacted again asking for my refund and a while later got a response saying that they can't refund me because the item was already shipped. They provided tracking details that don't work and I again, can't get a response from them after requesting tracking details that work.
This is the worst service I have ever experienced and I buy a lot of stuff on line.
Would never use them again.
I will never ever ever, order again from gear best, first after you order and pay for it they send you a confirmation stating it will take 25 business days. I waiting a month to receive my products I ordered 7 items. 5 out of 7 was incorrect. Not to mention the headphones I ordered did not work at all. I pay for items I did not receive. I did not receive the items I pay for. If you have money to throw away then order from Gear Best.

I have used GearBest on a couple of occasions and found them to be extremely good. The customer service is great and my questions were answered very quickly. The website is well designed and the payment system is easy, I paid with PayPal and there were no problems. Delivery to the UK was quick and the goods were well packaged. So far I have found the quality of the merchandise on GearBest to be of a very high standard and a very reasonable price, I shall continue to use them and would recommend them to everyone.
Customer service issues are resolved instantly. The purchased products are of excellent quality and are corresponding to the product description. I was impressed with the delivery time of 22 days, the product arrived and came everything packed properly with no problem and the product has the quality I expected.
Gearbest has a very fast support, and any problems you have can contact them and they will help you as soon as possible.
The lowest prices are on GearBest and I will do lots of shopping for gearbest as it is the best selling site on the internet.
Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: Yes Adam, did you pay with PayPal? If Then contact PayPal and claim your money back and stat away from gearbest, they lied to me and now i an trying to get my 100 dollars back. Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile. Hope this gives you an idea what the company is like. Run run run a mile mate.
