After a long debate with the customer service of gear best to refund me they did it. Then I placed my next order but guess what! Same bad customer service. It has been 8 days now and I don't now where is my package. They sent me a tracking # on Feb. 2nd but this tracking # is not working at all. So I contacted customer service 5 days ago without any respond.
I advice you to not buy anything from Gearbest.

Gearbest is making fun of us, they refund my money without my permission, while I was waiting for my product. Even my friends have faced the same issue with this website, and they left.
Now they are using the other websites because they are respecting the clients more than here.
Gearbest said that the discounts were only a mistake (seriously? Hahaha) how poor is your website (the true reason is that they are not serious because I met this problem many times)

In May 2015 I bought a Gear Best Quadra copter. I am writing this in September 2015. Since I received the product with parts missing, I have been having a nonsensical Alice in The Looking Glass conversation with the customer service people in China. First there are two separate customer service departments one pre and one post sale. Be aware. Post sale is a rigmarole of either purposeful miscommunication or you have to laugh. At one point in our long conversations by email - there is no telephone number to call! I was assured the missing parts had been shipped. It's two months post that time and I have not gotten them. I now have about 90 service tickets – I'm exaggerating. I think they aggravate you to the point that they hope you think it's not worth the 50 or $100 dollars to lose your mind over the incredibly absurd responses given by Gear Best! Stay away. If you have a problem is will not be resolved. Avoid Gear Best. Shop elsewhere.

Gearbest is a good website where you can buy stuff coming from china. They are really professional, the description is very accurate and the support is always ready for any issue that you reach. My last order (Mi Band 2 - W**************) arrive just in time and the price was the cheapest that I could have found in internet. So i suggest you to think about this site in order to make a order.
