I have been shopping at Gearbest for a few months. I have nothing but positive transactions with them. When I have had an issue with a product, they were very quick to rectify the situation professionally and with understanding. Ordered on Sept 7 2015 and after multiple request for status and being told to be patient that it will show was told to pay MORE money and they would reship it. I am an understanding man but by not being able to track a package (even when they give you a fake tracking number) I can't trust that it was ever shipped. I requested gearbest.com to reship with an actual tracking mechanism that works and they said I had to give them more money...
I ordered a vape kit for my dad for Christmas. I was able to find an affordable model and was happy when it shipped to my house in record time. The problems started within a week of receiving it. The vape stopped responding completely: wouldn't turn on and wouldn't charge. When I opened up a ticket in the customer support site to see what my options were to return this expensive paper weight, I was given two options that left me frustrated: return the vape kit and get less than 1/5 of a refund in store credit or ask for a replacement and pay $40 for shipping! After going back and forth with their customer support (they wanted pictures and videos and proof that I had tried to fix the item somewhere else) I was left with an obviously defective product and a lot of frustration. I would have gladly shipped it back for a full refund, but instead I wasted so much time and money on this company. Never Again.

Every positive review of this site is written exactly like an infomercial declaring gearbest to be the very best. They should be removed because they are obviously fake. SiteJabber should take steps to remove these obviously fake reports written in broken english by someone getting paid minimum wage somewhere to write them.
The site's prices are too low to possibly send this stuff at the prices they are offering and turn a profit.

I really like the speed of delivery of goods, compared with aliexpress. On average, somewhere 5-10 days faster. A lot of work with clients. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
