GearBest (GB) was not my first China based online portal I have been purchasing goods from, but its definitely different from others.
I have purchased more than 5 goods from GB till now, and not a single chance to complain.
The prices are unmatched, packing is definitely good (better than others), delivery time is quick, customer care is swift and cordial and the inventory is quite broad.
GearBest is highly recommended, and I will continue to purchase from them.
It's been a while I'm buying from them and really like the experience.
They price is almost all the time better than the others, the provide the best/fast shipping (Post Nl, Aramex...). I also like the picture of the package the attache to the order when the order is shipped (kind of proof).
The support team is very responsive. I had some "un-received" goods and had been refund by them!

I recently ordered a projector from gearbest.com.
I then started going online in Reading different reviews and comments and was starting to get very concerned.
Then I get this tracking number all the sudden and I'm like okay cool at least it's in motion
Well to my surprise, I live in Indiana in the United States.
I got my package in 4 days... no joke... I was stunned.
I will be ordering more from them, people don't believe all of the bad, and she sees some of them are just impatient people that don't take into account sometimes things are on backorder or depending on how they decide to ship it

At the same time, the store has fast order processing. And only in this store you can find interesting lanterns of some companies and only in this store great prices for knives! All previous orders went according to plan. Products were delivered to my destination as planned, no damage. All in all I'm satisfied.
With regard to the latest order, the product I wanted was out of stock, and the one I chose after that.
They offered me a replacement that arrived on time, and the product was in perfect condition.

When I ordered product, shop says there was over 50 pcs free to buy. When I asked why they were not sending it, there was 45 pcs in store. Now I got notice that they cannot send my item, and there seems to be 100 Pieces left in store. WTF? They are selling pure air. I'll never buy anything from that shop.
I was very happy with my first purchase in gearbest. The purchase process went like a charm. I live in Portugal. They told me that the package should arrive in 15 to 30 days in normal mail, but i received a few days later. I order the Xiaomi mi band 1s. It's the real deal. Working perfectly. The price was very good. I'm planning on purchase more products from them in a near future. I would recommend Gearbest to anyone that is looking for good prices and quality products.
GearBest is one of my favorite online stores because prices are low, there is a system of discounts and points and I am very pleased with a customer service. I was able to resolve all of my problems with product orders I had.

If you receive by mistake a broken object, they will fully refound you. I you have any problem with the product they refound you. They accept Paypal payment, they use a really good points method. A very good shipping method with Italy Express

Gearbest.com is an excellent store with an abundance of products in reasonable prices and good sales from time to time. Customer support is excellent with high level of communication. I live in Greece and shipping time has always been great, shipments are always packaged very well. Overall, I've never had any problems with Gearbest or with it's products.

I bought a Convoy S2+ LED flashlight on sale along with a charger and battery. I'm very satisfied with the products, the flashlight has an aluminium casing which makes it robust and the LED is bright. The package arrived without any defects and was easy to track. They also have a good stock with knives, the Ganzo knives are a good buy. The website is trustworthy and sends a picture of the package when it's being shipped and all communication is fast. The site also uses PayPal for a safe buying experience.
