I ordered a great mini laptop which is a GPD WIN Game PC and I had no problems with it so far. Gearbest.com provided a smooth buying experience even if I think thy had many orders for this product - it was at a discount price.
Their support personal answered my questions very quickly, and with professionalism. This was the first bigger order I have made outside my country and I was very pleased by gearbest. It exceeded my expectation.

Shopping with Gearbest is very convenient. Along with wide array of products available on their site, Gearbest also provides numerous shipping options and payment types. The site also has excellent customer support.

It`s been a while since i placed my first order on gearbest, but after i got my first package, gearbest became on of my favorites sites from where i buy my little gadgets. Each package arrived in time and i was able to track them. The items match the description, so i got no surprises. From little video adapters, vapes, led light bulbs, other electronic devices and even slippers i was satisfied with this site. So i will recommend to anyone that want`s to try to order from China little cool gadgets.

All right! The price was excellent and shipping was free. I received the item carefully packaged and it was as described. Everything was perfect. In addition, I have to say that Gearbest have a great customer service: every time thay responded within 24 hours. Recommendation everyone.

I have ordered and paid for an items(brush heads for Xiaomi) on 31-01. Meant to be shipped within one week(it was a flash sale). Gearbest kept on moving shipping date day by day, as they were out of stock, however they still kept a flash sale on saying they have ninetysomething pieces left. After 2 weeks I have firstly contacted GB support, promised me I am top priority, they will restock in few days etc. Flash sale still one. After three weeks contacted again, same story. Now on 27-02, as GB again moved shipping date to 6-8.03 I have contacted support and again I am top priority and they expect to restock 8.03. Whats more funny, flash sale ended yesterday and today they started new one with a quantity of 100 pieces.
Whats the point of selling items that they cannot ship to other for more then a month?
Finally have cancelled the order, as I cannot wait that long for them, ordered somewhere else.

I was very satisfied every time I bought someting from Gearbest store.
They have really big variety of nice items.
I have never had any problems with my order.
Their support is fast and very helpful.
In addition, there is a lot of discounts and tickets.

Ordered my "Value-for-money" 4G Phablet from them, arrived without hitches and with 360 days (~year!) of warranty. Managed to get it from local warehouse so NO TAXES! I have tested the warranty before with an E-cig; (It arrived dead.) after providing proof they returned all of my money...

Gearbest is an excellent eshop mainly for electronics but you can find here all other stuff also. Prices are very good. Most of the goods are from China, but transport what Gearbest provide is very good. I ordered many times to the Europe and all orders were without problems. Everything came quickly and in quality that I want. Prices are lower than in Europe, so it is very good. Gearbest has also warehouses in Europe, so you can have your goods in a 5 day at home. I recommned Gearbest to everybody.

I've made a lot of orders here.
The order was shipped on the second business day and received the tracking code (in shop a wide variety of delivery services). The goods came to integrity, is fully consistent with the description and photos. I recommend this store to shop: low prices, good quality and original product, delivery meets the deadlines and very helpfull service.
Payment is made through Paypal, which for me is very convenient (there is plenty of payment options), used the coupon code when you pay, which reduced additionally the low price of the goods (if other goods used payment points extra credit for your order, confirmation of receipt of the product and its review, which can be paid 30% of the cost of goods).
