If your flight is not within 14 days it is impossible to speak to a service rep directly. You are force to 'chat' with a service staff which cannot understand or simply does not read the chat messages. Finally, when within 14 days of my flight I was permitted to talk to a service staff on the phone and twice the phone line was disconnected forcing me to repeat the problem. I offered to email the chat exchange to the service rep. When I emailed my concerns and a transcript of the failed 'chat' exchange to the email address provided I received an automated response email that said this address is no longer supported. Phew, 10 hours of 'chat' and phone calls and I am done. Say good by to my $245 Euros.
Tip for consumers:
Go directly to the airline to book your flights. Do not use Kiwi.com as if any problems are encountered you are trapped in a customer service circle with no way out. You will lose all money spent.

Kiwi will pocket your money. It's that simple. If your flight is canceled by the airline, say goodbye to your money. Kiwi lies: they have zero intention of refunding you and will just string you along with empty apologies and false promises.

I bought a ticket for $346, but was then notified the price increased to $862 and that I needed to pay the difference or purchase a new ticket. I bought a new ticket thinking my money from the original ticket would be used on the new one, but they refused my refund. I bought the cheapest ticket which did not cover refunds, so they refused a refund. BUT, they also said my original ticket was still good, and that the price was not increased. They even denied sending me the email claiming the price increase. I sent them a screenshot of the email, to which they replied "your screenshot is incorrect"?! So I never even needed to buy a new ticket, even though they claimed I did. This incredibly dishonest business practice put me in credit card debt which I have still not been able to relieve myself of. Do not use Kiwi.com

I only came to know when I went to the airport that Airlines cancelled my flight. It costed me $******* to book the alternative flight from qatar airways because of kiwi.com never notified me the airline cancellation. This is really bad service and it wasted my time and money. For a long-haul flight from Saudi Arabia to Japan, I paid $1,500 for a return flight. On the final leg of my flight from Bangkok, Thailand to Fukuoka, Japan, I discovered my ticket did not include a check-in allowance with Thai Viet Jet. I was charged $39 for 7kg by the airline.
Upon contacting Kiwi.com about the issue they put the responsibility solely upon me because I did not request check-in baggage allowance.
Since when does the passenger/customer not receive a minimum check-in allowance for a long-haul flight?
Avoid Kiwi.com at all costs.

Kiwi changed our booking within days of our international flight, blaming it on the airline for changing us to a flight that is 24 hrs ahead of our previously booked flight. This change has caused a disruption to our hotels, to our internal flight (which was also booked through Kiwi and which they couldnt help us alter). They take zero responsibility and say that they cannot guarantee the flight. Steer clear and do not book with Kiwi.

We bought the tickets through Kiwi, day after my kids managed to push the button of cancellation, definitely our fault to leave phone unattended but you how the kids, they everywhere. I called Kiwi right away but of course they couldn't help because system already canceled the tickets and refund us $14. So we all how it's works, they took our money ($2700) and they can resell the ticket again and make double profit. Unbelievable, how they still existing on the market.

I used this company and booked flights before Covid Feb 2020, its now nearly September 2021 and despite Pegasus airlines refunded Kiwi, Kiwi have never sent me my refund despite countless emails. My flights were cancelled by the airline Check other reviews, there are thousands of people in the same situation. Do not use.

I ordered multiple trip flights and they canceled it, stating that it was on the carrier's fault. They said that they will refund me once the carrier will pay them for the canceled flight. It's been more than 9 months since and I didn't get a penny. They "Offered" me a miserable $48 refund for a $1,100 payment. I have tried to contact them hundreds of times and I haven't got any reasonable answer. All they do is redirect you to their website, where you cannot do anything. Please, don't use their service, you will not just lose your money, but also your innocence and the trust of man kind

Just money grabbing company. They will only refund full amount (even if you cancel 2 weeks earlier), to Flexible ticket, which means you have to pay $40 extra just to have the ability to get funds back, any funds back.
Now they will get refunded for my ticket by the airline, and sell another ticket, and just get my $210 as a gift for the horrible business they run.

They just steel money. I booked a flight and they sent me some changes on the itinerary that were impossible, I had 5 minutes to transit. I asked them to change the second flight and they said there was no option. I asked them to give me back my money as O had paid an insurance with them. Never received the money. My honeymoon and they just stole over 1000$

I paid $1000 for a reservation on Kiwi. One of my flights was canceled and I did not have the Kiwi guarantee (which I hear is garbage anyways) and so I was basically stuck with the option of switching to a flight with multiple one hour length transfers for ~$600 more or canceling my trip entirely. It was a hard decision to cancel but I am glad I did because I needed something more reliable, but nonetheless they refuse to refund me for some legs of my trip and they will be taking forever to refund other parts. Disappointing experience. Never again.

Had trouble getting boarding passes both to and from our destination. No number to call for customer service and can't get through the chat box to a human. To go, it took an agent 20 minutes to access to the tickets to issue boarding passes. To get home It took an agent 55 minutes to issue boarding passes. The airline used their own tech support system to access the tickets as there was no way to call Kiwi to release them. My husband and I were prepared to pay for one way tickets so as to make connection in the US from the Bahamas to get home. Worst experience ever with a company.

Purchased a standard ticket, received saver ticket. Customer service refused to correct the error. When I had to change flights due to a family emergency, they charged me the full price of the new ticket without refunding me for the ticket I was no longer able to use. What this means is they cancelled my flight, received a refund, and kept it for themselves while charging me the full price of a new ticket. Corporate greed at its finest. The customer always loses with Kiwi.com. DO NOT USE THEM TO BOOK FLIGHTS, HOTELS, ETC... You will lose money and regret it, trust me. There are so many better ways to book flights, such as through the airline itself. Please please don't make my mistake. Using Kiwi doubled the cost of my flight for no reason at all. Save your hard earned money and stay away from this scam.

Pretty bad service. I've booked the flight thinking we have a regular layover and the luggage would be transfer to a destination. Turns out, they've booked two separate flights for us and with a short layover time its now virtually impossible to get our bags checked as we won't have time to get the bags and 'register' for the second leg. Inquired about the refund within 24 hrs, they said that only 10 euros could be applied to another trip. Otherwise there's no refund.

Kiwi.com just wants to disguise as one of the mainstream flight websites but in reality is below par and slyly charges more and more money for even a little thing. Their different ticket categories is a fraud as they hide a lot of information and falsely shows that you can make changes to the flight if you opt for a more expensive ticket

This site is a scam. They overcharge you for flights you could've just booked yourself! On top of that they don't allow a 24 hour grace period for cancellations so once you've realized you've been scammed there's no way to cancel. This site should be shut down!

The customer service for this company is terrible. It is impossible to talk to anyone until just before your trip. The description of flight charges are unclear. I was charged for baggage when my flight actually included a free checked bag. The company would not consider refunding part or all of my $400 for both my husband and myself. $200 a bag seems exhorbitant.

We had our mid April, 2020 flights canceled due to Covid. Do you think we have gotten our refund back for the canceled flights? The answer is no. We even paid them extra money to expedite the refund. What a waste in every way possible.

My flights were cancelled because of the pandemic, Flybe ceased operations and there was an international travel ban. Still waiting for a refund. I booked January 20,2020 and I was scheduled to travel in April 2020. I don't know why they're holding my money hostage. Makes no sense! All my friends that booked directly with the airlines were reimbursed a year ago! I don't understand why there is a delay in processing this. I worked in tourism and I understand it's a tough time but a lot of us won't be able to travel for a very long time and could use the money. Especially those of us that lost their jobs due to the pandemic :(

I searched for a round trip ticket from Singapore to Perth on Skyscanner.com. The best price was 385 SGD offered by kiwi.com. I proceeded to their website, made the purchase and authorised 385 SGD purchase. I received an email that my transaction was being processed. After 10 mins, I received a confirmation, e-ticket and Invoice for 485 SGD. During the 24 hours before and 24 hours after, the price never exceeded 430 SGD on Skyscanner. I contacted them immediately regarding their fraudulent transaction but they kept sending grammatically incorrect emails denying the transaction was authorised for 385 SGD.
