Order from SheIn last week and the extra $12.99 for delivery by today, the tracking number says it's at the facility in my city but the agents tell me it's still in transit to be patient... So why pay for quick delivery and it doesn't happen then you should refund me the shipping cost.

I hesitantly ordered from them after all the negative reviews because the prices are great. Many complained about shipping & how cheaply made the items are. I ordered on May 17,2015. I got my item June 2,2015. They DO say it takes 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS for your order to process and THEN ship. I ordered a blazer & two necklaces. The quality is exactly what I expected for the price I paid. I love the way the blazer feels- not "cheap" at all. The quality is that of clothes you would get at any mall store. You can't order a Wal-Mart item & expect Gucci quality. I will order from them again!
I ordered a pair of boots for a Christmas present. The ordered color was "Coffee" which is brown and I received them yesterday afternoon in Grey. There was no order form or a return / exchange slip included. I have a feeling my daughter is going to get stuck with a color she doesn't like.

This place is very sketchy and the website glitches allot. When you have several items in cart it seems the disappear from time to time. I do not feel comfortable buying anything from the payment process they have I feel as if the site could easy get hacked.

I absolutely loved everything I ordered! I'll start with that.
FIRST of all, if you read everything they have on their site regarding their order processing, you will not have incorrect expectations as some of you have mentioned. The Express shipping for anything over $100 is accurate. It doesn't say Express Processing. It is literally referring to the shipping, only. I just placed an order maybe a week and a half ago, and received my package yesterday. I spent more than $100 and once I received my email that my package had shipped, it took 3 business days to get to me (which is what the website says).
Second, the clothing details and model information should help you decipher the size clothing you should order. So again, if you just read, you should be all good.

I think the quality and price point of this site is a nice in-between and step up from total clearance and budget sites. It has an interesting range of styles you don't find at lower price points. However, still suffers from execution of design. What you get is about 90% what you see on the website 90% of the time. Maybe 80%. If that's good enough for you for the price, give it a try. I do like the designs.
It was my first time with them but felt like i am there old customer they care or treat customer so nicely and i brought a dress first i thought it will cross my budget by looking at the dress and its quality but when i heard the price i was like OMG how is it even possible to provide this type of quality dress on this low rate. Ya i had great positive experience and will use them again.
I have been trying to get you guys to ship my order for a week now and I haven't gotten a response from anyone stating that they can cancel the item that's holding up the order and ship the order off. The reason for me selecting the express shipping was so that I can receive my items in an orderly fashion. I am frustrated at this point and am thinking about cancelling my order. I've read a number of reviews about there poor shipping and decided to still give them a chance. I am hoping to have these items by August 6th. I spent 200$ on items that I thought I would have for vacation and it's just so frustrating with no responses or shipment details. Why is my order still processing? I am asking that they cancel my item holding up the process and send everything out.

I ordered 2 shirts from Shein about 3 weeks ago. After placing my order I decided to check out the reviews, they weren't too great and I immediately started to worry. That changed today when I received my order. The shirts were individually packaged in a nice slide lock bag and the quality of the t-shirts was really good, they were soft and the print was not that cheap screen print feel. The blue shirt with the flowers was cut a little short, I would get the next size up next time, but the oversized white shirt was perfect, I'm an xs and I ordered xs. I will definitely order from here again.
I received my coat last week; at first I was surprised by the golden thread in the texture (that is not visible in the product photos) yet now I like that; can be dressed up with a cute clutch and a light dress for going out on autumn nights or can be dressed down with leggings and combat boots.
Ordered a dress against my better judgement. Too low cost to be true.
I received the dress 7 weeks later. Looks nothing like the photo.
Not true to size. Size medium, looks like an X-large, and hangs like a tent.
One sleeve has a button missing.
I am not even going to return it. I will never ever order from that company again.
Learned my lesson.

I absolutely love the selection of clothes, but what really gets me is the affordability of the stuff there. It's a great site where you could put together an amazing look and look like a million dollars after. The dress and the pair of boots I ordered were amazing and good quality, plus it was delivered on time. So overall I was happy with the service!
All though I have not received my order yet, and paid extra for expedited shipping, I've received an email confirming that my order has been shipped, but it did not provide a UPS tracking number which makes me wonder if indeed it has been shipped. I wish I would have done my research prior to purchasing my item. I just thought about it after I read an article on scammers and Shein was listed. I hope it's not true and I really hope my order is on the way and expedited.

I placed an order for two pairs of shoes on August 4th and waited days for my order to be shipped before finally deciding to contact them. Days had passed and my orders still stated "processing". When contacted, customer service assured me that my items had been shipped and were on there way. Five days later i received an email stating that my item is out of stock. This is ridiculous as there were more than one of this item available when ordered and customer service had assured me that my items were shipped, on top of that I waited days for processing. Not a good experience.

I ordered a package two months ago and it never arrived. I tried contacting Shein about the issue numerous times but they never reached back to me. Each time I tried speaking to the "live" customer service which is just a robot with automated responses, they told me that packages were delayed by 13-17 days and did not acknowledge the fact that I have been waiting over 60 days to receive my package. I spent more than 60 dollars on an order and have yet to receive a refund! A terrible, terrible experience and I do not recommend to anyone.

I ordered from this website earlier this week. I used express shipping to ensure that I would receive this order in time for the start of my vacation this Friday. It has been several days now and every time I check my order it still says processing! Even the shipping date has been moving back to later dates. I am very disappointed because I love the clothes and cheaper prices but the shipping is taking much longer than expected.
The stuff is cheap, that's a fact and you get what you pay for. The jewelry breaks very easily. The silverware is a bit sharp, the cheap clothing isn't always hemmed or finished to high standards. I have gotten some things that look amazing on me and that you can't find anywhere else. They have some very unusual clothing that I often get compliments on. They take about three weeks to arrive, which isn't too bad. Unlike other sites like this, as long as you go by the measurements that they list, the clothes fit. Also read the reviews, they help a lot. They have a live chat and sometimes you can get a real person, however that person is sometimes rude. They do send out replacements for missing things and accept returns. ( I never bother with returns as it's so cheap and so far) It's a legitimate site, and it's safe to use.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
