I've been ordering clothes from SheIn for a long time and I only had the best experience so far. Their clothes always fit well, the material is good quality and it is very chic and trendy. Everyone asks me, where I shop my outfits. SheIn is my first choice when I want shopping. The customer service and delivery is fantastic too! I highly recommend this online shop.

I always love the items sold at Shein, while the quality is not always 100% good, I cannot complain considering the low price. I am talking about the items that I have purchases in the past. I like them all... I love how easy the checkout process is however, they always failed to meet their promised delivery times. If you need an item urgently, you cannot rely on SheIn even if you pay for their fastest shipping. Trust me. BUT if you are okay with waiting, considering the quality of their items and the low price, SheIn is one of them good options to buy clothes from.
I ordered some boots they were way too big! After trying and trying to teach you guys via email (only contact info they provide) and getting NO reply I decided to just ship back using the address that was on the bag that the shoes were shipped in, i put a letter on the inside with order id & reason for return, I just asked for a smaller size listed size I needed and everything! It's been a month & no refund or shoes! They weren't cheap either 40 $#*!ing bucks to waste! Not to mention the 17 dollars I was charged to ship back! Unless I receive my damn shoe exchange or money back I will never purchase from you guys again.

I not recommend. I buy and get what I not want. They not want refund or send new or say sorry. They want me return it after it will come when. I buy it as gift. So bad service not happ

I do not normally write reviews, but I would just like to point out that I was very pleased with the entire interaction with www.sheinside.com. The collections were precisely portrayed, ordering/shipping was a breeze, and staff is friendly. Not only that, but the quality of the dresses were outstanding! I will definitely order again!
The site selection is modern and very cute. I have ordered a few items ranging from a top, a dress, and a bag. Shipping is not terribly bad, though it can take a little while. If you have questions the customer service representatives are friendly and willing to take the time to answer everything.
3-5 days for EXPRESS delivery! They never achieve this within the time frame, always takes longer. (they should just say 5 + for Express and longer for Standard) it is annoying when you buy something as a gift and it doesn't arrive till after the event date!

I found quite a few items I wanted to buy on the website. I ended up ordering 2 items~ 1 necklace *The Silver Diamond Chain Necklace* and a super cute black jumpsuit *Black Spaghetti Strap V Neck Jumpsuit*. The ordering process was easy. The shipping was easily tracked and came when expected. The necklace is very nice and I have worn it twice already and it looks great! The jumpsuit is very true to size and looks really cute on. I was very happy with my first purchase with SheInside.com and will be making my next order very soon! :)
First off, the customer service is beyond horrible! They will wait until you complain to focus on your order. My order sat in the warehouse for 5 days before it finally shipped but on the website its says ships in 24 hrs when you add the item to you're cart. LIES! I had to find SiteJabbar in order to get a response from someone from Sheinside. Secondly, Ladies if you are on the curvy & busty side DO NOT BOTHER they're clothes run small. Im not gonna send my 2 items back because Im pretty much done with this company. I dont want the hassle. To *******@shein Im not deleting this review because this is a honest review so no thanks to your 25% off compensation. So do not email me anymore. I guess you get what you pay for! NEVER AGAIN!

The process of returning money is very difficult in this application and is not understood and does not respect people and their money... They order your item from china, and takes expensive shipping, for shipping thats free anyways. Your item will be delivered from china NOT Shein, china standard shipping is free. Ordered for 34£ ( 21£+13£shipping), item cost 7.5£ in china, Shein made 26.5£ for doing nothing)

Have waited over a month for my order to arrive, the tracking number has had not been updated since about the 5th of January (it is now the 20th). I usually order from SHEIN and have no problems whatsoever but lately, things have been of worse quality, slower delivery times and more expensive. Probably the last time i order from this website if i don't get my order this week. It's gone past the estimated delivery time and my order is still nowhere to be found!

Just received my order from SheIn. I was impressed. If you order, make sure you pay attention to the measurements. They run true to size(maybe a little smaller). I would definitely order again! Shipping took two weeks, but I was aware of the wait.
I made the mistake of ordering from this site before checking the reviews. A few hours after placing my order, I opened up a ticket to cancel it. Due to the time difference, I suppose, 2 of my items were already shipped by the time they got to my cancellation request. But they responded immediately and notified me that because 2 items have already shipped, they could refund the remainder of my purchase in 3-5 business days.
I received my refund in just a few days and they even gave me a discount coupon. My 2 items arrived in about 4 days - VERY quickly. My ONLY complaint is the terrible quality of my items. Due to the prices, I def. Expected their clothing to be cheaply made, but the lapels do not line up, the seam is coming apart. I will not be returning the items, as they were so inexpensive.
Overall, I was extremely satisfied with their customer service, but quality of clothing was below what I expected.

I ordered a sweater from them and it was even better than I expected. They sell the same items as Romwe. The only problem is the order process and shipping time. They really take too long to ship your order even with express shipping.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
