Is this company for real? i received the worst quality products from this company and now noone will respond to request to return them, it has been 5 days since i e-mailed them and they keep responding with an automated email that they will answer me in 24 hours. i am still waiting for 2 items and i am sure they are awful as well. how the hell does a company operate like this?

Answer:

I got my products and they were horrible. Since their advertisement was on Facebook I thought it was ok to order from them. FB needs to do a better job with who they allow to advertise on their site. Finally got a response. They offered me partial refund and let me keep the product. I said no I want full refund where do I send the product?... CHINA! I had no idea. Keeping crappy shirts and giving to goodwill and screwed out of any refund! Lesson learned! Will never order from any company advertised on FB and will be more diligent checking out unfamiliar companies. The one thing that bothers me is that these people have my credit card info... I think. I paid thru PayPal.

I have been trying to return the products that i purchased and have no luck getting a comment back. the only thing they want is my driver license picture showing that i am who i claim to be. they accepted by card without it i feel i don't need to send them a picture of me. i would like to have my money refunded immediately. any suggestions since their lovely chat does not work?

YES... IF YOU PAID THROUGH PAYPAL THEY WILL GET YOU MONEY BACK. THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF... SCAM AND I FEEL THEY ARE ALL... lILLY. SAMMY. ETC ALL IN TOGETHER. THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF. A MOVEMENT TO GET THEM OFF fACEBOOK IS IN THE WORKS.

I placed an order on june 30th and it still has not shipped out. i ordered a medium(american) med. it was the skirt, order #lp1506300835279534 it better fit, and i better get it soon or you can gladly refund my money.

Yeah I am still waiting for my order…I placed my order last November! Dresslily says they can't give me a refund because I need to send the product back in order to do that…. Big waste of time and money and I hope someone shuts them down!

I ordered from this company months ago and don't know how to contact them. i used the number posted but, when i called i was hung up on. what do i do?

Answer:

They're a terrible company! I seriously wished I read reviews about them before I purchased anything. The item I ordered arrived late and damaged. To send it back would have cost me more than the item cost. They're absolutely the worst and I'm sorry you had to experience this. :(
