I got my products and they were horrible. Since their advertisement was on Facebook I thought it was ok to order from them. FB needs to do a better job with who they allow to advertise on their site. Finally got a response. They offered me partial refund and let me keep the product. I said no I want full refund where do I send the product?... CHINA! I had no idea. Keeping crappy shirts and giving to goodwill and screwed out of any refund! Lesson learned! Will never order from any company advertised on FB and will be more diligent checking out unfamiliar companies. The one thing that bothers me is that these people have my credit card info... I think. I paid thru PayPal.

Yeah I am still waiting for my order…I placed my order last November! Dresslily says they can't give me a refund because I need to send the product back in order to do that…. Big waste of time and money and I hope someone shuts them down!
They're a terrible company! I seriously wished I read reviews about them before I purchased anything. The item I ordered arrived late and damaged. To send it back would have cost me more than the item cost. They're absolutely the worst and I'm sorry you had to experience this. :(
