I recently discovered unauthorized debits on my account from Shein, which I never authorized. It was 5 transactions. This company withdrew money without my consent. I had to contact my bank to dispute the charges and block further transactions. This experience has been frustrating and time-consuming. I strongly advise others to check their statements carefully and avoid dealing with this company. If you've had a similar experience, report them to the appropriate consumer protection agencies.

I've been speaking to customer services for over a week now and they refuse to help. My parcel has gone missing, it's not the first time but I didn't pursue things the first time it happened.
They say they need proof. I've sent them several screenshots and copies of emails from the logistics company, as asked, but they still won't help.
I'm very disappointed with their customer service. I've been a loyal customer for a few years now.

I ordered an item 3 times now and each time it asked for payment verification by uploading a screenshot of bank transactions. I uploaded the transaction multiple times and every single time it failed, I lost my coupons, and I am skeptical of whether the company has the authentic brand that they claimed they were selling. Customer service is non-existent and if you have issues, they will drop you like a hat. I recommend making tangible purchases from other ecommerce websites if you want to ensure a quality experience and authentic items with quality. Edit: Re-ordered, stuck in a loop, and issue not resolved even after the company comment below. I have tried the customer service multiple times now and the customer service has not been helpful AT ALL. The boilerplate response from the company below is more about damage control than actually a helpful solution. Seriously, Shein, get your act together and actually be helpful.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

Answer: I personally have only ever purchased off of their website. I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
